Experienced campers put up a fire wall in front of fire box in case your flammables touch the box when u sleep at night and toss and turn in bag... amazing how Kiera doesnt try and scratch when his jacket in on.
What I love most about your vids is that you don’t edit all things you seem perfect - love that you admit being scared, or forget things or can’t disassemble something. That’s EXACLY what happens to me out there- it’s just real…
Great tenting ! Love the teepee tent and your woodstove! Wow i am surprise that wood stove didn't melt that rubbermaid cover! Nice job sledding in the snow! So much fun! Great video!
The experts at REI say …”Place the instep strap buckles to the outside: Put the gaiters on so that the buckles on the instep straps are to the outside of your feet. If you place them on the inside, you may accidentally kick the buckles while walking.” I learned the hard way. Great video!
Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones Madison! I also wish everyone in the comment section a merry Christmas and a peaceful new year, take care . God bless
I'm having flashbacks to many winter camping trips. Winter camping is unlike anything else. It's a real TYPE 2 FUN experience. I think I start planning a trip this January now, it's been too long.
Looks like fun! I have that same cot. It can be tricky disassembling. I learned how to remove the legs from watching a youtube video. I'm sure you'll get it though.
Im sure you have seen them, but Outdoor Boys is a great channel to follow for outdoor adventures. Tips, skils, etc. (In Alaksa too!) Enjoy watching your outdoor experiences! Keep it up.
Madison...you got gutts! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !!!! (Thank you for all the vicarious views and adventures! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!) 🤘😔🎸
Can’t tell you how much I admire you, Madison. I wish more young women were interested in nature and adventure instead of caring about getting attention and approval from others. Happy Holidays and I look forward to seeing your next video in 2025!🎉🎄🥳❤️
I love Kyro's expression looking over your shoulder at 6:08. He's the very bestest camping buddy. I also absolutely love camping "gear" but I've never been brave enough to have a fire inside one. They do look amazing though.
May I ask which part of Canada are you camping in? Tents are not hot. Canadians have died while living in their tents in winter, and in Canada. Regarding myself I gone camping when I was younger, so I know what camping is like. I have a tent, and I will not use it for camping in the winter. Camping in summer, spring, and fall should be a better experience than in the winter.
one thing to mention: be careful of having fire inside a tent. Growing up in Ireland, three of my neighbors lit a fire in a tent and - because they are Irish, and not Canadian, and didn't know what they were doing - the tent caught fire. One of them escaped no problem, and the other saved his brother's life - but ended up getting 3rd degree burns over his entire body. The plastic of the tent melted to his face. Occasionally we would see him outside his home, but he basically lived for another 40 years, before he died, with grotesque burns. I know Madison knows what she's doing but it's worth saying twice! Be careful having a fire in a tent.
Fire in a plastic tent? Not too smart. Open fire is only for huge lavvos or tipping, and made from fireproof impregnated canvas . I've used primus even in smaller tents, but special cookers. Always have a knife available to cut trough to get out if anything happens. More of a danger is that it uses the oxygen, so be careful about sleeping with fire going.
@MadisonClysdalee I like your videos because you talk about what you're doing very inspirational keep up the great work look forward to seeing you 2025

Great winter overnighter. Slaying riding at the end looked fun but painful. Great advice on starting a youtube channel.

Kiro’s side eye 😂 He seems so over the snow lol That is the cutest cast iron pan! You can always use a stick to nudge your log in as it burns.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from a Penticton viewer !!

From sunny beaches to snowy mountains... what a career change for young Yasmine Bleeth.

@@NigelMarston that’s my favourite part of the video 😂. And 13:40
"What in the tarnation" has got to be the most Canadian thing to say when you're frustrated
Hilarious. Happy holidays to you two. And I hope you disassembled your cot.
The last 10 seconds of the video 😂
I can't believe she actually said "what in the tarnation?". That's something people much older would say.
I think your set up’s have been improving, good job 👍🏽 looks beautiful out there.
I want to wish you, kiro, and your family a merry Xmas and a happy new year..😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

We knew the video was sponsored by your watch manufacturer before you told us :)
Hi madison
I somehow got to this video from watching Luke and his Outdoor Boys videos lol.
Honoured to be in the same algorithm :)
You should train Kiro to be a sled dog.
Ayo berkujung ke indonesia, bali

Which tent are you using? You may have said it in the video but my memory is horrid. Love the videos!

Hot tents are literally designed to have fire stoves in there. Really sorry to hear about what happened there though!
You can spot Madison's eyes from 4.2km away.
❤
Your like Greg Ovens’ daughter or something 😂
Fair play for staying in the forest, way too creepy for me - gimme a mountain top any day
The forest is creepier than a mountain top. I always say that 😂
