I did the Demarre on my hives and had great results. Matter of fact I pulled 545 lbs this year. The Demarre split increased the amount of bees in the hive resulting in more foragers

I made a couple newer updated videos on it recently. One for swarm control and the other for hive strength. It's helped me in keeping bees in every way. I love it. The bee keepers back then were a lot sharper than the folks we have running things today.

I have never heard of a "Throne Split"? Can u direct me to a reference or UA-cam video regarding the throne split?

It was just a way to do a split more like a swarm. But it didn't work like I hoped it would.

If u where to pull that queen out of that Nuc and introduce her to another queenless hive could u simply release her into the new hive or would u introduce her in a queen cage? Thx, I'm a novice trying to learn.

One of the best ways I've been able to tell if a queen is being accepted is by if the bees are grabbing onto the queen cage or not. If you lightly brush the bees off the cage and they feel like Velcro pulling apart, then they are trying to cook her. If the bees brush off with little effort then they are accepting her.
You'll have to try it a few times to get the feel for it.
