Kovach, costumes by Dixon Reynolds, lighting by David Neville, sound by David Muehl, hair design by Alena Sellers, and properties by Michelle S. Bisbee. Music by George Stiles, lyrics by Anthony Drewe, libretto by Ron Cowen and Daniel Lipman. Originally produced in London by Cameron Mackintosh.
