WHY is that person doing the extraction ALL over the place? He or she doesnt finish the area when he goes on the another: only to leave crap in the guys face. If ur going to help the guy atleast finish the job, take it all out and you dont have to use ur blade alllll the time, we can clearly see that the blackheads pop with just a squeeze. All that blood is unnecessary. Just saying!!!!
Its extremely painful for him so she moves. These sessions are several hours long and she is trying to not hurt him too much so he's continuing to come back. If you watched the entire series you would know how successful she is and how beautiful his skin is at the end of his treatments demonstrating that Thuy knows what she is doing

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE these videos and I'm a huge fan. But I do wish they would show us the whole video because it always cuts off and we don't get to see the rest. And I do wish that they would get the whole contents out and if one pops next to the one that they are popping, pop the rest of that one out, not just wipe over it and call it done. But it is a great video though.
I agree with you. I just decided to drop watching these videos because of that reason. Never cleand out the one that pops next to the one she is popping. Just frustrates me.

1. Do you think just because they are in another country they aren't trained in this? That they don't know what they are doing? Cuz you know you're wrong.
2. Not EVERY pore has a sac. Some of what she takes out is just sebum that has gathered under the skin (hence why it is white...untouched).
3. Why would this young man not be under the care of a physician? Cuz I'm guessing he probably is.
4. It may not be the camera man's fault that we miss an extraction. This client is in a lot of pain and could be moving around a lot and it gets missed.
5. Why doesn't she go for some of them...especially the big ones? My guess is, is because they are big red and extremely painful. If you have ever had a pimple like this in your life you know what I am talking about.

See Hien’s Spa videos. You can’t remove this type of acne 100% from the pores in one treatment. She’s has videos with English captions that explain.

K M It’s not “stabbing.” Only the superficial top of the skin “feels” it, like a needle or finger prick. When the blade enters below the skin, it’s entering and creating a hole in the sebum (the “white stuff” that is the skins natural oil mix with things like dirt, grease, sweat & dead skin cells. Sebum “wraps” around the hair follicle filling and enlarging the pore). A person doesn’t feel it when a blade enters sebum, sebum is not part of the skin, it’s a contaminate within the skin not “connected” to the nervous system. In other words, it would be “stabbing” if the blade was entering healthy tissue below the skin, but it’s not, it’s entering sebum.

Anyone else get super annoyed when they don’t squeeze all the acne out, and also jumping from spot to stop instead of getting the ones right next to each other 😫😫
So much. I’m beginning to think they don’t or have not been shown even a diagram of the layers involved. Perhaps they could associate each each hair follicle as a baby in the womb and the white that comes out is the water that it has been surrounding and protecting the baby ( follicle ) from harm. When it is delivered it could have the placenta still carrying the water with baby inside,,but most of the time the placenta has been broken and water has been coming out and after baby is delivered the placenta is delivered afterwards. If the placenta is torn or for any reason that some of it stays inside the womb the mother will never heal and will keep on bleeding. It all has to come out. It is thicker than the water and in most cases will still have water (white stuff) inside it (follicle). If you only deliver partial water it will remain inflamed and replace with more water and sometimes even pus caused by infection. With “Hung” we have seen some complete deliveries, they seem to just pop out and it easily determined that it is whole, however in most cases the instrument used to open the follicle has puncture damaged and it will start out like a string or even large amounts of blood and infection. It is absolutely mandatory that technicians continue to use different techniques until a complete follicle is delivered. Maybe this is not a better way to get the point across but this patient has had 14 procedures and if technicians would be delivering and completely emptying the follicles he would not had to endure so many. I know this is an extremely case and has been mentioned caused possibly by something he has come into contact with, but even though he is covered with hundreds of this type of pimples they have to be treated in the same way. Because you do have to treat so many it makes me wonder why the face isn’t divided into sections and stay on that section until you are satisfied you have emptied all that you a an before moving on. If you only complete one section in an hour, you know exactly or even another tech can pick up where you left off. I do think all of you are helping so many people and doing a great job and you are very caring people to do so, perhaps these comments could make it easier for you as well. Thank you so much for what you do on a daily basis, I certainly could not do what you do, but here I am again watching at 0400 and probably will continue who know how much longer. 🇺🇸😷🙂
This is basically a snapshot of Hung's treatment. Parts 1, 2 and 3 were from his first session. 4, 5 and 6 from his second visit ... I think you see where I'm coming from. It's a marathon but if you watch the videos back to back from part one you can see her going back to revisit areas several times. The reason she moves around is because it's painful for the client, so she lets areas rest between extractions.

I think this type of acne is mostly genetic and/or hormonal.

Why do you have to punch each pore the moment you squeeze it starts to come I don't get that period that way you can get as much as possible out and stuff that you don't see

Not sure why you don't check most of the pores with a second squeeze. If you are going to open them up at least make sure you get everything out. Positive half still had the bottom part of the plug left in the pores.

For some reason she doesn't seem as invested at this session. Usually she squeezes til she's emptied the pores. This time she's doing the lazy "nothing gets more than one squeeze" that has stopped me watching a lot of the other skin techs recordings.
I wish they would follow up on the secondary squeezes, the ones that come out next to the main squeeze.

I'd say it's gonna be lifelong due to the fact that it looks depressingly like Chloracne. A result of the American dropping Agent Orange on the forests during the war in the 60s. Such a shame to see younglives and old affected like this generations on.

Мечеться по всему лицу. Там немножко, тут немножко, в итоге лицо воспалено . 20 чисток если не больше она ему сделает. Ужас🙀
It's an ongoing process and it's a painful for him. If you watch "Hung #1" to "Hung #20" (or I think there are more videos of Hung's process than that) you will see that his face was almost completely covered with this acne in the beginning. Thuy keeps going until she clears his skin up.

It's kinda stressful knowing that the pores are completely cleaned out. Wish they would double and triple check each pore.

Hung is obviously such a special case, and I’m kind of a numbers freak, so I decided to take the time and count how many times the scalpel pierced his skin and how many acnes were extracted in each session. I only counted the stabs that went through the skin, not the ones that only touched the acne, and I did my very best to make sure I didn’t double count acne from the same pore unless they were in separate sacs.
Find my comment on the rest of the videos for each session totals AND a running total!!
