It's great video! I'm learning MasterCam 2023, it's still useful! One question: any change in parameter, can be demonstrated on the result during validation, which will be great to understand each parameters meaning.

Can you explain how its possible to do an open ended pocket? I cant get a end mill to start the cut from the side of the part. It always begins at some point in side of the geometry of the part.

Tom, thanks for the video. Is Mastercam is the best offline programming software to learn? I am beginner here and I am thinking which cad/cam would be most all-purpose one and is not too difficult to start with? If it is then which version you would recommend to me?

I have used Mastercam for 12 years and find it very powerful and user friendly. I have used it to write mill and lathe programs and also multi axis programs. Also a very strong software for 3d contouring. I personally highly recommend it. Thanks

Hello, thanks for some of the best tutorial, simple to learn. Please, how can we edit sketch if we made some mistakes and realize after the whole part is ready. Thanks

Did you have to highlight all entities to x form move to origin? On the X* and later versions you just hit X form origin and select the corner

You have to PAY for software. You can’t just download it. Unless you know some specific people.
