Brings back great memories. Like many folk I really enjoyed this programme as a child. Johnny Morris was great at giving the animals silly voices, which made the films even more entertaining. Keith Shackleton was a brilliant artist. R.I.P. to both of them. Funnily I see there's a picture on the IMDb channel showing Keith, but it is actually showing Terry Nutkins, another presenter from Animal Magic.
I watched Animal Magic every week with my mum. It was really good, interesting and funny. For years I wanted to be an elephant mahoot at the Dudley zoo. That sadly didn't come about, but I still watch all the animal shows. Seeing this brings so many happy memories. Remember when Johnny Morris did the P G tips tea ad with the chimps. This brings back really nice memories , i absolutely loved Animal Magic as a child, Jonny Morris was one of my favourites, as was his show. He spoke to the kids like he was really there and at their level. And the animals, it really was magical. Awesome video man, loved the memories it conjures up. 🤩👍👍👍🇬🇧
