Wow ! Thank you for this gorgeous video. The male portrait is really beautiful, I love everything in it. And the landscape on his shirt is perfect !! 😍😍👏🤩
Aw thank YOU so much!! 🥰✨ I really appreciate it. I was going for a monsoon-in -the-desert scene for the shirt & had a little bit too much fun adding details haha~
Genuinely you are one of the very few UA-camrs that keep impressing me with each upload! Just wow not only the concept art was nice the result is gorgeous! I'm not tryin to pressure you to be as creative in every video, I just needed to let you know how an amazing job you did with this piece 🥰🥰🥰
this was such a jam packed and incredible video! thank you heaps for the tips and advice and keeping it real too! I've challenged my self to do a big painting for a mental health and artists workshop and want to make sure it's my best work. this is a great refresher. I definitely agree a solid game plan and to scale, a detailed version takes out a lot of the stress of painting. also the little hogs are so cute and sassy.
Aw thank you very much for taking the time to write such kind words. I really appreciate it! I’m sending lots of good vibes to you for your big painting! 🥹💖
Thank you so much.. I enjoyed it and learned from it.. And you are a very good painter! do you have tips to overcome mind blocks when you are away for a while?
Oh thank you very much for your kind comment! I'm so glad you enjoyed watching. Inspiration works in different ways for people of course. But typically I will take some neglected art supplies or paint colors that I don't normally use and see if I can come up with a palette I haven't used before! From there the colors normally inspire me. I hope that helps! 🥰
Thank you so much for sharing your tips! I’m thinking about going large for my realism paintings and watching this has really motivated me 😊I use a wet palette for my acrylics, a layer of damp kitchen towel underneath a sheet of baking/parchment paper and then keep it inside a plastic container with a lid. It’s stays wet for weeks! Not sure how I’ll manage to upscale it though 🤔
Thank YOU-- that's so amazing to hear! 😍 Please definitely keep us posted if your palette works in the large scale too. I'd love to try that out~ Paint is so expensive lately that we have to do everything in our power to save it! Haha
