I'll say that individually, as in not part of concert things, you can argue that Niji's is better way less clipping happening and more fluid movement compared to the individual non-concert models used by hololive they clip more and seem to have more stutter to them when in normal motion.

Lmao Yagoo took a look at the announcement and just slightly nudged Gura and got a SNOT collab surpass them in views.
I saw fauna had a ccv in her stream of that collab of 11k although I don't know what it maxed out as but her alone still reaching half or more of the viewership number the ar live had is still great and add both her and gura together it's around 40k viewers of the same collab so yeah lol

Selen wasn't terminated for copyright issues with the property holder. She received the perms.
She was terminated for copyright issues in the form of management somehow not being involved in getting those perms and it made them look bad, so it was retaliatory for what they felt was insubordination. Nevermind that the entire problem stemmed from management.

English might not be the way to go. I don't even know how well Hololive EN does if you take out the Japanese fans. There is so much competition for entertainment in English. I don't know if people are going to watch livestreams. You see Hololive EN moving to Japan and streaming on Japanese time.
@@Jordan-Ramses Not really, the ones that moved in Japan are still streaming at their usual times and their chat is vastly English, as well as the actual donos. Cover actually reached an agreement some days ago that allows merch to be bought without paying a fortune in customs and shipment (at least in america and other areas around the pacific ocean), which speaks volume of the data they have in the matter.
@@Jordan-Ramses from what ive seen in streams HoloEN has a good amount of live viewers whenever and from wherever they stream and i do not believe they have a majority jp viewership in general. Obviously the Members living in JP, that also have JP streams will have a higher amount of JP viewers, but even if they stream JP evening, most of US is awake and can watch.
And i believe the main reason EN members move to Japan is proximity to the facilities from Cover. And Pon de Rings foe FWMC. Also Bae probably has way better internet in JP than Australia, Calli has her Music Contract as well
So all in all i would say, that EN members in Jp have mostly done so for other reasons tha JP Viewership, but it certainly will have made an Impact on Statistics.
And in regards to english competition, yesy streaming platforms offer a wide range of company and indie vtubers and other content creators, but Hololive has done well with establishing a core viewerbase for their talents.

If anything, Niji EN should be its own division rather than a branch. The EN market is MASSIVE yet Riku Tazumi (the CEO) is only thinking small scale and have it focused in the main JP branch, I don't think he even cares much about the other branches and only wants them to rake in the money so he can fund more Vtubers to recruit at half the cost. Quantity over quality as always.
I mean to be fair Holo is basically the same way when talking about why EN isn't its own division
And Independent Division, especially going into the Current year US is too risky.
And the investment needed to set up shop with a whole new Division given its own autonomy, triple so in Commiefornia where a shitton of regulations and Labor laws make setting business a nightmare, not to say the Labor pool in there opening severe risks of Leftardist and Woke infiltration.
Nintendung USA is already enough proof of it happening, Crapcom falling in full with them going full pro Lolcowlizer is another big negative factor.
So tbh, for now, it's better that Vtubing corpos from Japan only make Branches that still HAVE to obey their JP HQ rules and authority, as bad as it can be in other aspects. Those issues can be fixed, infiltration by Political actvists and HR timebombs demand demolishing the whole structure if you let them in.

But for Nijisanji, they think it'll just be like with India or Indonesia and the worst case scenario is if they merge EN with JP.

Honestly so, because Nijisanji's stock kept crashing down also affected Cover's Stock. People are getting scared of keeping Vtuber Company's stock thanks to Nijisanji.
I wouldn't be surprised if cover decided to forbid their talent from collabing with niji just to limit their association with them....
This probably has already happened, at least on the English side. The only prominent members of NijiEN that were semiregularly collabing with HoloEN were Selen and Pomu, both because of existing friendships, and with what happened with those two, I imagine the general feel amongst HoloEN is "Fuck them Niji folk"

Nijisanji did NOT work on this project for 2 years.
They worked on it for a week and kept it on the hard drive for 2 years, then took it out again to cut the members who graduated for a day.
Well, the Livers worked on it for a considerable amount of time. How much Niji actually contributed to it, economically speaking is... questionable.

Look I got no hate for anyone because mainly I'm not really invested in the company nor the controversy.
But my lord, a 40% dip, and that was BEFORE one of the biggest controversies in the industry to date. Not ideal.
Not really 40% dip when you actually look at the entertainment market overall at most is considered par for the course
I don't want to dunk on the livers and the event they put their heart and soul into. It gives me no joy to see the livers suffer and their numbers tank. They are people too, whether you like them or not.
But Niji fans have to stop being delusional.
NijiEN's AR Live was basically the same price as Hololive's 5th Fes.
Whether the performances were good does not even factor into it. Holofes had SIGNIFICANTLY more performances, at an objectively much higher production quality. Not to mention being a yearly event, compared to the AR Live being worked on for years and including many talents who don't even have 3D.
There is no excuse. NijisanjiEN fans are being milked, and most of that money is not going into supporting their oshi.

Niji EN is circling the drain at this point, there isn't a shred of doubt in my mind that the branch will be shuttered within two years at the absolute most. The only real question is how much damage will that do to the main JP branch? People say that it won't be a big deal but considering every one of their overseas branches has failed that has to hurt their reputation in the long run.
Investors in the Vtubing industry are overall of the consensus that Japan has hit the full saturation point.
The moment Niji folds their EN branch into JP it's gameover for them, they will go kaput as Investors full bailout and none of the Anti-Crash systems in Japan's Nikkei and Laws will stop AnyKuso from crashing down from a delisting of Nikkei down to being Lawsuited to oblivion and making History in Japan as the first Vtuber Company to go under in full.
