Requirement details - Power Automate
Send Power Automate notification containing fostering process details Foster family to advise the foster family on next steps
When an animal’s status changes to 'claimed for foster', send a notification email to the foster family indicating details associated with the animal and a date to arrange to come and pick up the animal.
As you do not have access to users within the Power Up tenant, send/receive emails using your personal email address.

This could help anyone facing the connection issue as me, Step 1: in your solution, click on new, then more, click on connection reference, select office 365 mail connector, click connection, add new (input your work/school outlook account) and create. then return to your cloud flow
Step 2: click on the three dots in the send an email v2 connector in your cloud flow and add new connection and tick your outlook account created in step 1

@cynthia please can you elaborate more better because I've tried this you said but I'm still getting error messages.
In specifying the fourth condition, can i choose the option "Send an email notification (V3)" instead of "send an email (V2) office 365 outlook " ? I selected the second option as you did but my signin to office 365 is not going through.

I noticed this happens with building flows in incognito mode. So try not building the Flow in incognito mode on your browser. Do that and try agian!

I am having an issue with connecting my email to help send automated email notifications like you have done here a 15:16, so when i test the flow it fails. i also sent a mail with the screenshot

@@AlinaRaza-n7i This issue was resolved; It had to do with building flow while in inPrivate Mode - You cannot create Automated Cloud Flows in incognito mode!

My flow ran successfully but the email content is not fetching the Animal image. Instead the path to the pic is reflecting in the email. Can you please let me know how to resolve it
