Quick one, the Available Animals in the Canvas app home page, how can it be populated? I have been testing the email notification and now the Available Animals count has dropped to 0. I have tried changing the Shelter Status of some animals in the model driven app to inShelter and it didn't work, also tried to modify the filter in the Views in the model driven app still unsuccessful.

This could help anyone facing the connection issue as me, Step 1: in your solution, click on new, then more, click on connection reference, select office 365 mail connector, click connection, add new (input your work/school outlook account) and create. then return to your cloud flow Step 2: click on the three dots in the send an email v2 connector in your cloud flow and add new connection and tick your outlook account created in step 1

Bro your content is so underrated. You deserve to have a larger audience. Have you ever considered creating an exercise at the end of the video? It does not have to be related with the Power Up program but you can create videos with exercises at the end so that you can challenge your audience to apply their knowledge. You can then show the solution in the next video or somewhere. I find this to be a more valuable experience as a learner. I believe your audience will grow if you implement this teaching strategy. Anyway, huge kudos to you. Please keep it up. I'm glad to be one of your early subscribers and hopefully see your channel grow 👏

Hello, thank you so much for these videos. They have been a huge help. I am coming across four problems across my tables. I took pictures if that helps. 1) In all of my sub grids, instead of filtering the Animal Info for just the selected Shelter or Foster, I am getting all the Animal Info. This occurs on my Claimed for Foster page as well. 2) Aside from the Active Animal Shelter page, Shelter Name is always the Shelter ID instead of the actual name. 3) My Quickviews are only visible on a couple pages. I double checked to make sure they are not hidden and are published, but do not appear in the app. 4) Neither the Shelter or Foster data is populating in my Shelter | Foster tab in Animal Information.

Hello. I renamed my columns differently. Did you use the shelter name column in both the shelter home table and animal info table to to create the relationship?

I have created my shelter solution, but upon clicking on new , then table, it brought out "Set advanced properties" and "virtual table" unlike the options it brought for you, may I pick the virtual table ?

there is a filter on each visualisation, which lets me select last 3 months. wouldn't that be enough instead of the dates table?

There is a requirement to mark an animal as ready for foster once they pass their medical requirements and i was hoping you would cover that as I have been struggling with creating a relationship between a "medical Passed" column with (yes/no) data type and a Shelter status (options :ready to foster etc) data type. You should work for the Power Up program/Microsoft. You do a lot better of a job explaining things than they did.

Not all rows were uploaded to the animals table. how do I fix this? Edit: I've fixed this. I did not enter None as one of the choices in the Medical Condition Column, thus all rows with None were filtered out.
