If the man decides to change from Pederson, he needs to find the best football coach in the league currently coaching and is not 65-70 yrs old. Spend the money to get him, get the best assistant coaches, and get the Jags back on track to being at the top of their AFC South division every year. The fans and TV money will come rolling in for Shad. You've got to have the best players, coaches, and GM to win and go to the top every year.
