How tall & wide does the cover end up being? I see you can make it quite thick but I can’t seem to find any finished measurements for it! Thanks !

The cover is 4 1/8" x 6 3/4" and the spine is about 1 1/2" and could be wider if assembled at max width of nearly 2".
