What if user have limited permissions to the Library? This wont work in that case i guess, because when i tried it throw an error saying that you dont have sufficient permissions.

So, if i make changes on the excel desktop, then the excel in sharepoint is uptaded too. Do you know what i can do?
If something is working with static, it will work for dynamic too, store the url into the environment variables and pass the arrangement of variable in such a way so that final url meets the syntax.

Try to get the download link, Instead of Sharable link of your file.

I just found the problem. If i try to do what you do in Microsoft Edge, is not directly downloading. But in chrome, yes it is.

if you have the table in power app, use filter or lookup to point specific record and fetch the url and use download.

Try passing the filter criteria into power automate and filter list rows, prepared CSV and download it.

It works for me in excel and word. But when I try to do with a PDF, it opens in another tab instead of download. Can you help me?
logically it should work for pdf as well, still for safer side try to check the browser setting. or try download function
