      *annu B* No. Birds and human beings are different. *Who would you rather kill? A person responsible for murdering a toddler, Or a person who killed a pigeon?* Why don't you take time to reflect on what you just said. You over react to people trapping birds. With that attitude, you are probably miserable and you don't even know it.

If there is scarcity of food and you are fully dependent and your survival is difficult or you find no other way then we can use it.. Otherwise it is forbidden.. We need to educate them every creature has life, they love their life and they deserve to live.. Instead of killing they deserve love care and preservation..

      This times fifty million. If they're really that upset about it, they can do something about it like volunteering to help animals or to spread education about common "pest" animals value like coyotes and doves, vs commenting on an internet video about how this is animal abuse.

    • @AkatsukiLoverX3
      @AkatsukiLoverX3 6 років тому

      Coyotes are often killed and seen as a pest animal around here. Sort of like how a larger portion of the world see's rats as "dirty" and "pests". Harmful to the environment or their assets, like crops and livestock or children. Starlings and House Sparrows are invasive species, but have gradually taken a place in the ecosystems they now inhabit. Despite that they are often seen as pest animals, even still.

      or you use this trap to get a bird out of your house easier or somewhere enclosed, as opposed to running after it with a net or cloth. Like say the place doesn't even have large windows for the poor thing to get out through. Even then birds can panic and not go through what seems to be an obvious exit. Letting it calm down and trap itself to then release it outside would be an effective and near harmless use of this trap.

  • @rustyshackleford4965
    @rustyshackleford4965 6 років тому +8

    food procurement or pest control. It's not cruel, the birds aren't harmed in anyway. Some people are so privileged to have access to conventional food supply or controlled bird populations. Some aren't. This trap can be used for other captures as well it would appear. The comment section is a good reminder lots of folks will starve or result to other means if they ever had to get food anywhere but a grocery store.

    • @beth6930
      @beth6930 6 років тому

      Rusty Shackleford but if the have babies then there harmed cuz the can starve if the bird is kept in there for a long period of time because now other children are going to go do this

    • @Wolfdog235
      @Wolfdog235 6 років тому +1

      LemonDrop if the trap is used for catching food or pest control as Rusty described then whomever is catching the birds doesnt give a single fuck about the birds' personal lives and in the case of pest control killing off any babies indirectly by killing the parent only makes the job easier. On another note; Kids recreating this trap for entertainment are going to attempt to catch birds for fun regardless of this videos existance. I used to catch garter snakes and little fish with my hands as a child without the internet showing me how.

    • @rustyshackleford4965

    Pero como e visto que no quieres hacerles daño (de hecho lo acabas liberando) te sugiero que los dos tornillos que utilizas los pongas invertidos, es decir de dentro hacia fuera, pues al quedar atrapado el pájaro se asusta y revolotea dentro de la botella, por lo que podría lastimarse con las puntas de los tornillos.
    Es solo una sugerencia!

      Actually house sparrows (the ones in this video) are ridiclously overpopulated pest species that kill off endangered birds and drive out native wildlife for nesting space and food. They're probably the closest you can get to a rat with wings - house sparrows damage entire ecosystems and ravage native wildlife extremely rapidly. If you don't have a weak stomach, try googling "House sparrow bluebird" on google images, and see what they do to peaceful songbirds.

    We all love petting an animal or just inspecting it up close, but if you don't want to hurt the animal, please replace the screws with something blunt or put them in from the inside out. When the hatch shuts and the birds inside panic, they can hurt themselves on the pointy end, especially around the eyes, and potentially die as a result.

      Funny how none of "those" people are standing up to the fish. Let's see. Like the bird..... the fish is small. The fish will be stressed if caught. The fish may die cause it might be eaten or released. The fish has a small heart (for god sakes man, these people and their shit) so it will die in the process of being caught. The fish once caught will be tossed into a cramped bucket along with others like the bird getting caught in a cramped bottle. The fish has feelings. and many other reasons.
      Idk about you guys but it seems like our fish friends could use some love too. So go ahead and go to a fish catching video and ask " but why and why are you doing this pointless thing"

    • @GustavoFolmer
      @GustavoFolmer 6 років тому +1

      giggity goo Thats the point, it seems like only because he cant hug you or stand in your shoulder he has no feelings. One thing is certain, if you gave any animal the opportunity to kill you, no matter his size or charateristics, he would kill you. That is, if you are not his friend.

    This is very remarkably in this video when it is a bird who get trapped in a bottle it's so many who don't like it, but when it is a rat who trap in a bottle the people turn to be the most evil in the comments against the rats, actually I can understand why but it's awful that people want to treat mice and rats so bad, they are also animals.

    • @pokatutu7373

      I think the plague that killed millions might be why-

    • @lightblue6002
      @lightblue6002 6 років тому

      Rat's don't spreed plague today because we have injections nowadays, the answer is if you respect the animals the animals will respect you, that's it.
      In the whole it is of course the humans who cause the problem and there is no reason to torture them, that definitely don't solve the problem at all.

    • @pokatutu7373
      @pokatutu7373 6 років тому

      Moonee they don’t spread the plague now, I never said that I said they did at one point. And they DO spread several OTHER diseases, crap in food, and eat our food from right in our cabinets.

    • @lightblue6002
      @lightblue6002 6 років тому

      Yes that is maybe a problem, but it's the human who must solve the problem because rats comes when they smell food if you have food spreed on the ground they come, they are made for that, they are even night animals and use to work then and it's not god when you make them social to humans because then they get worse, it's why.

    • @pokatutu7373

      Catching and KEEPING song birds is illegal. This was an educational how-to video. The applications can be used to relocate, like you mentioned, but also assist in tagging, helping injured birds who need care, as an alternative to killing the animals, and for some backyard researchers or wild life lovers.
