Bro, thanks for the video and I have the exact same gpu with i7 11th gen 3.60 gHz and 16 gb ram, even I am using the performance mode, you still get more fps than me in direct x 11 high graphics settings.

The game is probably using your igpu, go to nvidia control panel and set graphics processor to “high performance nvidia processor”.

NO BOOSTERS ,what cpu are you using cause i think your pc might have bottleneck which is wrong combination of cpu and gpu.
