There’s a huge chance they won’t survive several earthquakes (serious are rare but still happen). All these where built to be sold to unsuspecting foreigners. If you really want to live in Cyprus - it is an island of villas. But even so, Cyprus property market is inflated and overpriced.

Cyprus has many good golf courses within 30-60 minutes from Limassol. You can live right next to a golf course if you wish.
