You should use hose for inlet and outlet of the injection pump so that pure liquimoly will circulate and not just one pass. You will definitely not get any improvement using your method.
Can you try Liqui Moly Ceratec with a fresh oil change ofcourse (maybe consider an engine flush by Liqui Moly before changing oil). MOS2 or "Molybdenum disulfide" is a proven additive that does reduce engine noise like in diesels. (or all engines for that matter)
I can confirm that Ligui Moly Oil Additive definitely made my Volvo 5-cylinder diesel quieter especialy on a cold start-up, much quieter in fact, listening to your engine on this video I would say that engine was excessively noisy in general, which made it almost impossible to pin down a single noise reduction !

Before using purge do we need to change to new fuel filter ? (Or) can I use with existing one ?
You can use the existing one. It’s good practice to change it at the same time

I have worked with a company called BG products to clean an injection system and that worked .
Isn’t it less mpg as 500ml of additive means more fluid in tank
