Come along with me on two days worth of foraging for Lion's Mane mushrooms in the foothills of WNC.
I talk a little bit about the habitat and host trees that are most productive in my geographical locale, and find some beautiful specimens.
there are plenty of great identification specialists on UA-cam and that is not my forte'. I am simply a forager with years of collecting, processing, eating and making extracts bringing you along on my forays and imparting some basic knowledge for those who are interested..
