Change the title. Not all of these are insects. Bug is a better all around name
as a certified most people, I would not consider an insect with "bomb" in its name as just an ordinary beetle.
Bugs don’t just come with name tags
@@artemisthehunter8360 well duh. You could always just ask them their name like a normal person.

hey... where's the mosquito?
I don’t think that mosquitoes are deadly on their own, theyre just parasite hosts.
and the brown recluse?
Mosquitos kill the most humans of any animal, more than humans
@@_mirary_ According to BBC Wildlife, "The title of deadliest insect in the world goes to the mosquito - which probably is no surprise. It may be a small animal but it has a gigantic impact. Not only are mosquitos responsible for more human fatalities a year than any other animal (including ourselves) but their effects have shaped human history, precipitating the rise and fall of colonies and empires."
So no, it isn't just that they're "annoying." They are STATISTICALLY the deadliest insect, and the deadliest SPECIES for that matter. Do your research next time.

I've encountered numerous Tarantula Hawk Wasps. They're HUGE but very very disinterested in people. They won't even touch you unless you fuck with them.
I've fucked with one on accident and it still didn't even want to mess with me. Or it just didn't want to get sprayed by carburetor cleaner.
okay i have a question then: if i show fear around it, will it notice and attack
@Cynic15 No. These wasps are super chill creatures. Confident too. I saw a video of one licking sugar water from someone's hand.

1:48 If your mad enough like Coyote Peterson
6:34 when i was younger, i wasnt the brightest of children and decided to keep an assassin bug as a pet (fully knowing what it was). I was thankfully never harmed by it but I know i was definitely playing with death in a way.
Most assassin bugs actually can’t kill you. The term assassin bug covers over 7000 species of bugs. All of them just bugs with proboscis that hunt other insects. You likely didn’t have a deadly pet lol
You should add Executioner Wasp to this list, Coyote Peterson said the sting was worse than Bullet Ant.
Should it be added? Yes
But it’s definitely not the most painful sting the huge controversy is coyote Peterson and the fact it wasn’t ranked by the person who made the pain index
Coyote Peterson had an allergic reaction several people took its sting and it was more like an Asian giant hornet sting some dude even took 5 stings in a row and only had mild pain
@@Hazbineditsalastor exactly

Shout-outs to the Brown Recluse spider. Necrosis is insane.
One time I was in a sonic parking lot and a brown recluse got into my grandmother’s car
The necrosis doesn't kill you, the following infection does, it's why no antivenom exists for it and the hospital just shoots you up with antibodies
My uncle's got a huge hole in his calf from a brown recluse. Apparently, if he'd taken too much longer to get to the hospital, he was gonna need an amputation.
I got bit multiple time by one when I liked in kansas. I woke up with like 7 bites all over my arms and legs. I found a brown recluse later that day in my room and then to the hospital the next day. They gave me an antibacterial. The bites never bothers me until I used hot water to wash. At that point they grew twice there size I didn't know why at first so next time I showed they got even more inflamed growing even bigger and more red. So if you ever get bit by one don't take hot showers, baths, no hot tubs and don't expose the bite to any thing to rase it's tempiture much. Even with the mess doc gave me the hot water made the bite worse.
@luger9857 yeah as I said with brown recluse spiders the venom rarely kills you, 99.9% of deaths are from the bite getting infected
I feel like MOSQUITOS of all things should be here somewhere 😂
Yes they kill more humans than every other insect on Earth, all millions of types combined.
Tarantulas aren't even close to being the most venomous spiders on earth....
This guy makes a lot of incorrect claims and reuses completely inaccurate illustrations. This account is a cheap method of capitalizing off the “(subject) explained in (number) minutes” trend
They're not even spiders but yes you're right
His talking about Tarantula Hawks idiot
@@sirblue5586tarantulas aren’t spiders?
There isn’t a single tarantula on this list
When he circles the pincers for the giant centipede, he circles the false head. Two claps for deception please
yep , also thickness was wrong... and the fact they will bite repeatably, very agile for their size too
When I was in kindergarten I found an assassin bug, named it Harry, and i wanted to keep it as a pet. I got in trouble and now i know why🚶♂️

I learned so much from this channel than 13 years of my school life
I would have liked some photos to go along with the explanation
I was stung by a cow killer on my finger once. But either it wasn’t fully grown or coyote peterson is being dramatic, because it just felt like a slightly worse wasp sting. Not INSANE pain. It definitely hurt though that’s for sure
I went to wilderness therapy about 2.5 years ago in the Utah desert and tarantula hawks were everywhere and it was petrifying(I’m terrified of bugs) they would fly around the LT (our Home Depot bucket used as a bathroom) and we’ve seen a few of them attacking tarantulas. Scary stuff
6:20 I've found and handled assassin bugs countless times and never have had one bite me. I'm not sure if the one in this video is correct. They are more gray than red, and have a long, tube-like mouth. Additionally, they have a large round crest on their backs. They've always been very sweet creatures
There’s about 7000 different species of assassin bugs. They’re pretty diverse. But yes, they’re usually very passive towards people. Got no idea what this guy is talking about.
Maybe because they stay their fangs from the flesh of an innocent?
You're soo underrated that it's a crime, keep up with the good work!
Thank you!

I have tarantula hawks in my backyard trees in Texas. They're very chill, I've had them buzz me curiosly and even though they're very intimidating they're like bees. They're everywhere here and I've never heard of someone being stung
I am happy that where I live assassin bugs are so rare that I have only heard of one being spotted some years back

i’ve encountered the red velvet ant and tarantula hawk wasps before. pretty scary
Correction:actually the harlequin bug(beetle) bite is not poisonous
Is it venomous?
Mhm..
Tarantula Hawks:
Normal people: ogm a giant wasp!
People who have played that one game: **thousand yard stare**
The red velvet ant is also called the piss ant. Dont remember why but they like pastures with farm animals.
Bombardier Beetle
Me who play Monster Hunter : Oh look at that, its a real thing
I've found 2 cow killers around my yard in the past 10 years, and in the same place as well. They're neat look at, but I worry for my dogs
Was stung by a red velvet ant when I was a kid....... It hurt
If we're talking weird ants... we can't leave out the Su1c1d3 Bomber Ant... This thing flexes SO HARD it _literally_ rips apart at the seams, exploding into green goo...
Assassin bugs are my favorite!
I love these videos! Can you make one about all the different kinds of (medical) scientific study types? Like double blind , cohort, etc
As someone who lives in Arizona, I see Tarantula Hawks all the time, i never knew how dangerous they are... Now im scared
Mosquitoes and ticks: hey are we nonexistent to you?!
Meanwhile grounded: *gets hit by a bombaider beetle blast* Ow. Not that bad though lol.
Anyways nice to know some facts about that bug 👍
Living in the Southwest, I've been bitten by a black widow. It just felt like a pinprick. The spot was red for about an hour and then it faded away. The brand new garage I had probably had at least a hundred of them but being out near a cow farm, there were thousands of flies and these girls helped keep my fly population down. Also, a tarantula hawk landed in the grass one day. Was watering the car and this giant sucker was very preoccupied so I threw a wet towel over it and stomped on it for a good 5 minutes. After lifting the towel, I picked up one of its legs and showed my brother. It was the size of a grasshopper leg but black. I love tarantulas and they sometimes clumsily crawl around on the rocks outside my home, and so I couldn't let this opportunity to help these creatures in some small way against such a ferocious and nasty beast.
i live on an island and there are assassin bugs all over the place. We call them love bugs because you usually find them attracted to another assassin bug and as children we always picked them up and nobody has ever been bit.
Lovebugs are not assassin bugs. They are a type of fly.
I hade a fever of 105 Fahrenheit when I was a little kid so I know the feeling of what the giant centipede’s venom does and it was hell I was unable to do anything for a three days and felt like I was cooking in my own skin
I was bitten by a cow killer and it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I’ve broken bones, gotten tattoos and piercings, had bad cuts, etc. and it was the worst pain.
The boiling of the bombardier beetle is more for other insects and not humans, it's more warm for humans than anything because the reaction is so fast
Im not surprised the bombardier beetle does so much damage in grounded
WOW! Already within 30 seconds! new record!
Do the 12 most ancient sports explained
Hawk wasps have orangish red wings with blue black bodies, and the act like there are on crack, they have very hyperactive erratic movements on the rare occasion that you find them walking on the ground, of they fly over your head the sound like a helicopter and getting stung feels like death
I remember mowing our lawn and getting stung by an assasin bug; I was incredibly lucky, only having 50% of my leg getting swollen and feelling like it was on fire, not anything like death or paralysis.
Just imagine if these were added to grounded (except bombardier beetle already added)
Can you please put heat values in celsius too?
Didn’t know the things were called “cow killers.” They’re nearly impossible to kill with your shoe and they pack a punch. I’ve only tried to pick one up twice. The first one was when I flipped it around in my fingers and it’s stinger was hitting my fingernail and the second was when I wasn’t so lucky. I don’t mess with them anymore.
Glad I got rid of that assassin bug, because my mom started harassing it 😭
How do u make ur videos
I've seen a few assassin bugs and 1 bit me and it was super itchy for a few days I freaked out and killed it
crazy how assassin bugs are so deadly but the second one enters rcrl it loses its spinner
7:54 I found the best tree for R. Kelly
39 million is true but very difficult because the scorpions only produce a few milliliters of venom im pretty sure and that’s why it’s so expensive
Hello, can you do a video like about conditions like autism?
The bombardier beetle is just the tanker bug from star ship troopers but smaller and it comes out of its ass
I had a friend who lived in Brazil and he said hes been stung by every single one of these insects
On the assassin bug is there a chance you get lucky and pick one up to get bit and the only consequences be a quick pain then it stings for a minute and just itches for a week couse I swear I saw one didn't know what it was picked it up got bit managed to find it and it stood still long enough for me to get a photo and google said it was one but I'm not sure
I was once bitten by 5 bullet ants at once. It literally felt like a machine gun was fired at my leg
Holy shit, FIVE? What did you do to get five of them to bite you?

Why isn’t anyone acknowledging that there’s a spider, a arachnid, in a video about deadly insects
8:46 Don't Tarantulas have relatively weak venom?
Yesh
5:18 There's tribe with a rather taboo "manning" process but I think I'd prefer that one over bullet ant gloves. 😮😢❤
