Love that, I also like the Canto Bight citizens named after shapes XD Though neither will never beat the 'winning smile' on Lando's page in the OT visual dictionary :D
No they didn't, and Akbar was killed on screen. You barley see it happen, when the bridge was destroyed, the flames engulfed him with his remains was sucked into space. Edit: Fixed sentence
I wanted this book for Christmas but I didn't ask anyone in time, so I am sadly Visual Dictionary-less. I did take pictures of Hux's pages in the bookstore though, because he's my favorite. He likes tea over coffee, a man after my own heart.
Yeah, killing Snap offscreen would have been a bad move. And before anyone mentions Ackbar, the explosion that killed him was ONSCREEN, so it doesn't count.
I love your dedication to facts. According to Fitbit an earth puffin (most commonly compared to a porg) of 100 (edible for human consumption) grams is 134 calories. So Chewie, an avid eater , would have to eat maybe 32-40 porgs.
Also the Praetorian Guards use a hybrid fighting style consisting of Teras Kasi, Bakuuni Hand, Echani unarmed forms and even Nar Kanji "Blind Alley" techniques. Their name dates back to the 14th Atrisian Emperor of Kitel Phard. Could any of these names help shed any light on Snoke's own origins?
Star Wars Legends Lore Keeper not really. Just shows he knows a lot of stuff about the galaxy and since he has a lot of artifacts from varied sources. Its safe to assume he has culture a an individual but thays about it
I really wish they’d make a complete visual dictionary again that they would always update. It be cool if they can add Clone Wars/ Rebels. I loved the Visual Dictionary as a kid so I’d love to see an updated canon one with all the new stuff added.
Whether you're a fan of this idea or not, Captain Phasma still isn't dead. Rian Johnson says he likes the idea that she is the Kenny from South Park of Star Wars. Maybe third time's the charm for Phasma in IX?
themetalstickman I understand that sentiment. Although unlike Maul, she wasn't grievously wounded. Yes she fell into fire, but if her armor can deflect blaster fire than it's reasonable to assume fire won't affect it. The only injury she'd really sustain would be a severe burn on her face where her helmet was damaged. I don't stand on either side of the fence went it comes to wanting her to survive or not. But she survived the destruction of a planet off screen, so falling a few meters through some fire doesn't seem much of an issue. I've heard people say she fell out into space, which doesn't make any sense. While the reasonings behind that would take me quite some time to explain, if she did end up in the vacuum of space I wouldn't want her to survive.
I don't know if anyone else noticed, but the X-Wing on Ach To shown in the image in this video is a T-70. Also, it looks like Luke's door only has 4 chevrons unless one got completely weathered away.
That's a cool relationship between Finn, the finalizer and the Supremacy I didn't think about. Interesting decision to change it from a technological field to a magical/Force generated field, but it makes sense to me, considering there meant to be special weapons only used by the Jedi/sith/Force users, the Plasma being contained by the force makes it much more inaccessible for non Force users.
Finn said in the movie that he was a janitor on the Supremacy and cleaned that one section that had the tracking mechanism multiple times. So, this was slightly inaccurate.
I don't think it means that only force users can use lightsabers. Since we've seen plenty of people who aren't force sensitive wield lightsabers. So I think it's more likely the kybers natural connection to the force that generates the field. It's been stated that kyber has a "type" of life, it can feel things and forms it's own memories. In some cases it is seen almost having a mind of its own and can perform strange feats in the force, so the kyber is probably the source of the Force field.
MrSeals1000 - I know that, I was referring more to understanding it's function and being able to construct and perform maintenance/modification on one.
Grand Admiral Thrawn - couldn't he just have been assigned janitorial duties on the Supremacy while the finalizer was docked undergoing maintenance/refits/repairs?
Ah true, sorry I wasn't sure :) Then there's the entire thing when it comes to just finding a kyber crystal. The crystals are much harder to find if a person isn't force sensitive, almost being invisible unless sensed through the force. So just by that it's already rather exclusive. Then usually only one crystal calls out to a Jedi, so that they can form a bond
In regards to Hyperspace tracking, a form of this was already invented before the events of Rogue One. In an episode of Rebels (I believe s2), the Empire does track the Ghost through hyper space.
Just here to say that Phasma needs to come back in the new movie/new expanded universe and be shown for the badass captain that her book and comic book made her.
Exactly. A personal favorite I read on the internet was the idea that Phasma survived, escaped and later took a place in the resistance since nobody knew her face, waiting to see the winning side of the conflict and the perfect chance to take her revenge. It won't happen, of course, but I really like the idea.
Rian believes her to be the Kenny McCormick of SW. And if she does return. She needs more screen time and to do more like in the book, comic and TLJ. Why create a character like Phasma and hardly have her in the film?
A normal Porg (based on the Puffin) should be approximatly 500 grams, so that means its about 1800-2000 calories per Porg. Chewie, each day, would have to eat three.
So heres the basis on how to make a star wars team Seemingly orphaned/Orphaned main character: Jyn, Luke, Rey, Anakin/ Darth Vader, Ezra (why does every main character have to have no parents/ lose their parents 😁) Badass male support character: Han, Cassian, Finn, Kanan, Captain Rex Support character's sidekick or the strong guy: K2SO, Chewie, Zeb Badass female main character/support character: Leia, Padme, Jyn, Rey, Sabine, Rose, Ahsoka Really good Pilot: Han, Poe, Hera, Anakin, Wedge The droid: R2-D2, C1-10P/Chopper, AP-5, K2S0, BB-8, C-3P0, BB-9E Wise teacher: Obi-wan, Old Ben, Old Han, Luke, Kanan, Qui-gon, Yoda, Palpatine That one background guy: Admiral Ackbar, Admiral Raddus, General Merrick, Nien Numb, Boba Fett And of course: The TRAITOR! Lando, Finn, Anakin, DJ
The Fantafly Dice from the casino on Canto Bight are an nodd to Fantasy Flight Games, the publishers of the Star Wars RPG, as those dice are the very same, used in the game
@Star Wars Explained Since you are in possession of the Visual Dictionary (as expected) I have a small question for you. I myself own the german version of it I wonder about one small part which might have been "corrupted" in translation. The stormtrooper with the white pauldron on page 70 is designated as "Truppführer" in german which translates to team leader but is often (wrongly) used for squad/section leader. My question is what the designation in the original is, squad or team leader? If it was squad leader wouldn't that be redundant with the, black pauldron wearing, sergeant (typical rank for squad leaders, whilst a corporal is a typical teamleader)?
That's sad, teamleader would make more sense, given that we already have a sergeant and that Finn's training group contained 4 guys (or were it 5?) and thus wasn't a full squad of 10. That would have left room for a team with a squad being composed of two teams of 4 regular troopers (with a leader each), a special trooper (flame, megablaster or riot control, maybe executor) and a suad leader who coordinates the whole compsoed thing. How does the sergeant even fit in the way it is now? (mostly a retorical question)
Stormtrooper executors are just normal Stormtroopers. If executions are needed, Stormtroopers will be picked to execute 'traitors' and 'scum'. This is done so that every Stormtroopers has a chance to do so and feel like they have done something especially honorable to the First Order.
@BattleDroid224 Yeah, thats true. I actually was under the impression, that there were contradicting sources on the matter, but I can't find any traces of that.
I like that Poe carries Shara Bey's wedding ring. Maybe it means something for Poe's future in the movies. That's probably just wishful thinking though.
Nice book! Even though I haven't seen TLJ and resourcefully voted to see it on DVD or pay-per-view, reading Star Wars is certainly a hobby I enjoy. 👍👍📚🌠
If the First Order stormtroopers are kidnapped children, where did all the officers come from ? It is clear that a lot of officers are very young in the First Order.
their fathers were high ranking officers, Hux has a well known father called Brendol Hux while Stormtroopers of Finn's class are recruited from childbirth
1:34 - Battlecruisers Everyone else calls them for what they are - Star Destroyers (and me being picky) And rich people smelling their own farts? That was subtle :-P Remorseless Gaze - General Hux? Or should that be OH CRAP (insert being thrown around by Snoke or Kylo, or a cruiser about to light speed ram your ship) gaze?
Ships in Star Wars could sometimes be moved up or down in classification, depending on their armament and intended role. But it still bugs me that they call them Destroyers. I wonder if Navy ships in our universe are the same.
You said that the lightsaber’s length was controlled by the force, but in Rebels when Kannan is training Ezra there is a knob on the side of the lightsaber that Kannan told Ezra it adjusts the size. It would be great if you could clarify that for me.
If lightsaber blades are made of a coherent plasma, some type of helical magnetic field would make the most sense for containment. Like the experimental tokomak fusion reactor at Princeton University.
Was Rey on Achto for a few days? As shown by the 3 night time sequences there she must have been. Unless the planet's axis rotates faster and the days/nights arent very long, as for her lying to sleep can be explained by boredom.
please answer this in the q and a why didn't yoda cut himself off from the force to avoid inquisitors considering how powerful he was during the clone wars
Not related to the book, but do you think Phasma is really dead now? I was kinda dissapointed she died the way she did. Do you think she really is dead for good, or did she somehow survive the fall and fire, and that she maybe returns with a big burn mark on her face?
That’s not true most of his content is based from legends, watch his older videos. He’s been covering canon recently because of The Last Jedi, Rebels, and Solo.
Mutants and Inhumans Fanboy I don’t think he has ever said legends was stupid, and he even seems to still like legends in his canon vs legends videos. He’s just covering the new canon because that’s newer content.
Snap Wexley was the kid from the Aftermath novels who owned the Mr Bones B1 psycho droid. It’s cool that he was in TFA, though I didn’t know that was him. Interesting
What I don't get is that The Last Jedi takes place, pretty much IMMEDIATELY after The Force Awakens, and they're rushing to evacuate their base so the First Order doesn't come and wipe them out in two minutes, but Poe had enough time to repair Finn's Jacket and C-3PO had enough time to replace his arm.
Unrelated to this book but in the original Absolutely Everything You Need To Know, a strange but true fact on page 186 says that the Emperor cloned the designer responsible for the first Death Star's weak spot. In Legends that man was Bevel Lemelisk but with the release of Rogue One isn't Galen Erso the man responsible. Could this mean the Emperor will clone Galen Erso and punish him for the destruction of the Death Star?
WHAT!!. Lightsabers are now specified to be made of energized plasma blades contained within a Kyber generated field, & not the plasma being contained by a Magnetic generated field?. That's not my Star Wars ;-)
Come oooon home version of this movie! I got the timestamps and Sony Vegas just hungry to turn this 5/10 film into a decent 7/10. Its like a editor didnt have any cuts that made it past Johnson.
Grand Admiral Thrawn he tried to say that Luke didn't leave the map. He's deleted the tweet, but here's part of the thread. twitter.com/whoareyoutocare/status/943203218808627200 He said that Lor San Tekka discovered the map (and that people think that's where Luke *could* be found), but this user pointed out that Luke gave the map with his location to Lor
How did Rose know how the hyperspace tracking works and can be disabled? Isn’t it a cutting-edge technology which even Snoke didn’t know the First Order had?
Wait, the androids are willing so sacrifice themselves, but they don't do it when they need to crash against a star destroyer at hyperspace speed? how lame
My favourite fun little fact is that Ben Solo owned a calligraphy set
Yeah aha
I loved that part too. You can actually see it in the film briefly too.
The Joker Snoke is the fancy boi and Kylo is the wide boi
Calligraphy helps to improve your skills with a sword...
Shows that there is still light in him. Also he’s a hypocrite, he tells Rey to let go of the past yet he has something from the past with him.
The alien farting a pleasant and calming aroma has got to be the most george lucas prequel idea I ever heard for a disney-made star wars movie
My favorite little fact was shown on page 35 with Snoke's slippers, "Snoke's painful stance has caused him to prioritize comfort."
Terminimal I see what you did there.
So, is Snoke diseased by the Dark Side, really old, or already dying?
I feel like that’s a joke about Peter Cushing’s famous footwear preferences whilst playing Tarkin
My personal favourite is the "remorseless gaze" on General Hux's page.
Honorable mention to "Worry lines publicly display private doubts" on Captain Cannady's page.
Love that, I also like the Canto Bight citizens named after shapes XD Though neither will never beat the 'winning smile' on Lando's page in the OT visual dictionary :D
BattleUp Saber poop
BattleUp Saber are you a peace of poop
My favorite little detail is that BB-8 made Artoo promise to take care of Rey, while he would watch over Finn.
That was one of my favorites. Had old Grandpa R2 watch over his best girl.
Jared Johnson Nah,R2 will gladly lead Rey off a cliff for hitting Luke from the back.
3:15 - 3:42 : Great, now that you mentioned it, that 'Eopie fart' scene from Episode I suddenly surges back into my mind. Thanks, Alex!
I'm glad Snap and Jessica [Colleen from Iron Fist] survived, but it would have been nice to know that in the MOVIE.
I didn’t know that Ackbar and Raddus were such good friends back in the dark days of the Galactic civil war as members of the Rebellion
They argued over military strategy.
Just A Random Bored Guy That Has A UA-cam Acount but they still had a common enemy in the Imperial Regime
True, just pointing out that it's another example of when rebels argue over about how to go about fighting the empire.
No they didn't, and Akbar was killed on screen. You barley see it happen, when the bridge was destroyed, the flames engulfed him with his remains was sucked into space.
Edit: Fixed sentence
Mutants and Inhumans Fanboy well, they kinda did ruin ⭐️ Wars at 50%
I'm glad that Temmin "Snap" Wexley survived!
Hendrik mama would be so proud
And his fiance, Kare Kun?
I wanted this book for Christmas but I didn't ask anyone in time, so I am sadly Visual Dictionary-less. I did take pictures of Hux's pages in the bookstore though, because he's my favorite. He likes tea over coffee, a man after my own heart.
Captain Moden Canady of "Fulminatrix"... the most professional Imperial officer ever.
Glad Snap and Jesika are still kicking around, they weren't seen at the start so I thought they died off screen
Yeah, killing Snap offscreen would have been a bad move. And before anyone mentions Ackbar, the explosion that killed him was ONSCREEN, so it doesn't count.

2:11 This was retconned in The Rise of Skywalker.
Whether you're a fan of this idea or not, Captain Phasma still isn't dead. Rian Johnson says he likes the idea that she is the Kenny from South Park of Star Wars. Maybe third time's the charm for Phasma in IX?
Rian Johnson isn't involved in the plot for episode nine, so she could very well be dead, and probably is me thinks.
Yeah, true. But I feel Abrams will likely bring her back to remedy what he can from the divisive Episode VIII.
I really hope Phasma died. It was cool for Darth Maul, but I feel like he was a special case. Phasma is just a regular human.
I think she'll kill General Hux.
themetalstickman I understand that sentiment. Although unlike Maul, she wasn't grievously wounded. 3:18 Oh, because rich people like the smell of their own farts... Nice one Rian, Very subtle.
Pablo Hidargo wrote the book.
Southpark anyone ?
Rian Jonson sure hates rich people. :/
Just here to say that Phasma needs to come back in the new movie/new expanded universe and be shown for the badass captain that her book and comic book made her.
A book that shows her fighting finn in TLJ and what happened afterwards when she fell through the flames.
Exactly. A personal favorite I read on the internet was the idea that Phasma survived, escaped and later took a place in the resistance since nobody knew her face, waiting to see the winning side of the conflict and the perfect chance to take her revenge. Yeah, she's the captain of the stomtrooper corps, not a punching bag to laugh at.
I mean...they built her up as the new bobba fett...hasn't really disappointed in that regard
Good book! Sitting on my coffee table right now. Enjoyed this video as always with all of your content. Keep them coming my man!
I always loved the DK Star Wars cross section books, the visual dictionaries are good too! Another great video!
Fun fact number 66 Poe’s ship was a good one
1:01 that's why they didn'tuse droids for hyper suicide jump.

I'm glad Snap Wexley is alive. I liked that guy.
He's the the Resistance version of Porkins.
Patrick R yeah hope he's in IX
Maybe Mr.Bones will appear in 9?
He's nothing but scrap now, he was destroyed at Jakku.
RIP Admiral Raddus and Gial Ackbar 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Did you here Kylo Ren has a 10 pack?
So hot...
*hear 'flies away'
What? Ha, no way man.
So heres the basis on how to make a star wars team
Seemingly orphaned/Orphaned main character: Jyn, Luke, Rey, Anakin/ Darth Vader, Ezra (why does every main character have to have no parents/ lose their parents 😁)
Badass male support character: Han, Cassian, Finn, Kanan, Captain Rex
Support character's sidekick or the strong guy: K2SO, Chewie, Zeb
Badass female main character/support character: Leia, Padme, Jyn, Rey, Sabine, Rose, Ahsoka
Really good Pilot: Han, Poe, Hera, Anakin, Wedge
The droid: R2-D2, C1-10P/Chopper, AP-5, K2S0, BB-8, C-3P0, BB-9E
Wise teacher: Obi-wan, Old Ben, Old Han, Luke, Kanan, Qui-gon, Yoda, Palpatine
That one background guy: Admiral Ackbar, Admiral Raddus, General Merrick, Nien Numb, Boba Fett
And of course: The TRAITOR! Lando, Finn, Anakin, DJ
Can you do a video ranking all of the YA and Adult Novels from Worst to Best?
Jonathan Koan ^
Is it really that bad? It was one of the first canon books I read and I liked it.
It's better than Heir to the Jedi. Currently reading Rebel Rising, and enjoying it.
The sad part is you say that the x wing is broken and Rey flys it in episode 9.
I’d love to see some CIS droids joining the Resistance since they actually respect their droids
I thought black might have mean't corporal early on, and orange would be sergeant major or lieutenant.
@BattleDroid224 Yeah, thats true. I actually was under the impression, that there were contradicting sources on the matter, but I can't find any traces of that.
Hello your videos are quite good
What do you think would happen if a lightsaber made contact with a plasma sword from Halo? Technologically are they similar?
the would probably still clash but the halo plasma sword would be lighter and bounce of the lightsaber like they do in haloi
I actually went and got this book off my shelf so I could look at it during the video.
The visual dictionary is awesome
They recanonized Xim the Despot on the page with the Supremacy, pretty neato.
Haha that got a video of its own, it's coming soon :)
Has there been a video on ysanne isard yet? If not, can and will there be one, like there was on natasi daala
Damn. I thought Snap Wexley was as dead as Porkins.
I like that Poe carries Shara Bey's wedding ring. Maybe it means something for Poe's future in the movies. That's probably just wishful thinking though.
Apparently he hopes to share it someday with the right partner. (That's also stated in the Visual Dictionary.)
themetalstickman yes. Just like in real life he wishes to use the ring of her mother to propose to that special someone someday
Can you do a video on the tarkin initiative? I've heard a lot about it in canon but I haven't read Tarkin yet
Thanks, Alex!
Just wanted to say you're awesome! Love the channel❤️🎉🔥
"Rian Johnson farted out the script for this movie, which made him quite unpopular among the fans."
Nice book! Even though I haven't seen TLJ and resourcefully voted to see it on DVD or pay-per-view, reading Star Wars is certainly a hobby I enjoy. 👍👍📚🌠
Your video isn't showing up in my subscription box, I flipped when I saw it was 8 and there was no notification. ;-;
Voca were are YOUR videos
Yeah Voca, were are they?
Thanks, UA-cam!
(Gives overly enthusiastic, sarcastic thumbs up...)
Star Wars Explained we need a.....*dramatic drumroll*.....*fan film*.....nevermind the fact that they are expensive and production would take 3 months
20 facts in 4 minutes? That’s a definite click
You really need to get The Art of the Last Jedi book. Seriously so amazing.
1:34 - Battlecruisers
Everyone else calls them for what they are - Star Destroyers (and me being picky)
And rich people smelling their own farts? That was subtle :-P
Remorseless Gaze - General Hux? Or should that be OH CRAP (insert being thrown around by Snoke or Kylo, or a cruiser about to light speed ram your ship) gaze?
Yeh, that bugs me as well.
Actually, the real name for these ships is "Resurgent-class battlecruiser".
Ships in Star Wars could sometimes be moved up or down in classification, depending on their armament and intended role.
But it still bugs me that they call them Destroyers. I wonder if Navy ships in our universe are the same.
Im still mad about Finn leaving Poes jacket on the battlefield on Crait 😒
You scared me, but rest easy. I don't think he was wearing it in the ski speeder. He's not wearing it in any of the images I can find.
I made sure I looked the 2nd viewing and I thought I remembered him taking it off and putting it one Rose. I guess I could be wrong? 🤷🏼♂️
He put a silver blanket over Rose found in a cabinet in the Falcon that holds the Jedi texts
You said that the lightsaber’s length was controlled by the force, but in Rebels when Kannan is training Ezra there is a knob on the side of the lightsaber that Kannan told Ezra it adjusts the size. It would be great if you could clarify that for me.
Do you think Phasma is still alive after The Last Jedi?
I mean, at least it's possible.
Diana Grell If we don’t see them die and simply vanish, he or she is possibly alive.
Fulcrum 67
Youre right. I like Phasma. In The Force Awakens she was my favorite character but now she took the second place because of the Porg
Rian Johnson views her as Kenny from south park.
I think she'll have one last fight with Finn to complete his character arc.
Dreadlord Sinister maybe. Most people assume the first order will destroy itself internally since the resistance is way too small at this point
If lightsaber blades are made of a coherent plasma, some type of helical magnetic field would make the most sense for containment. Like the experimental tokomak fusion reactor at Princeton University.
Trying to get a hand on this. It is always soldout!
Was Rey on Achto for a few days? As shown by the 3 night time sequences there she must have been. Unless the planet's axis rotates faster and the days/nights arent very long, as for her lying to sleep can be explained by boredom.
About two to three days tops, I guess.
please answer this in the q and a why didn't yoda cut himself off from the force to avoid inquisitors considering how powerful he was during the clone wars
There were 30 Resurgent class battle cruisers with the Supremacy? I only counted about 10 in TLJ. Damn, the first order's fleet is huge.
They have enough fleets to reclaim the entire galaxy.
Resurgent-class participated in the chase, but none of them thought to use their _immense_ speed to catch up to the Raddus?
Please explain Doctor Aphra from the star wars comics?
Not related to the book, but do you think Phasma is really dead now? I was kinda dissapointed she died the way she did. Do you think she really is dead for good, or did she somehow survive the fall and fire, and that she maybe returns with a big burn mark on her face?
@starwarsexplained is there any material out there that explains how the galaxy reacted to the news of Han Solo's death?
Takoda Hager There was a writing on a bomb that read “Han says hi.”
Fulcrum 67 u mean during the opening scene of tlj?
Yes.
Fulcrum 67 I did not know that. Thank u very much
Fulcrum 67 LMAO 😂😂😂
What would the Star Wars Universe be without you Alex? You’re just as important as George Lucas from my point of view.
Elemental Jedi wtf
Shut up broken record player
That’s not true most of his content is based from legends, watch his older videos. He’s been covering canon recently because of The Last Jedi, Rebels, and Solo.
Mutants and Inhumans Fanboy I don’t think he has ever said legends was stupid, and he even seems to still like legends in his canon vs legends videos. He’s just covering the new canon because that’s newer content.
What you said is true, from a certain point of view
You forgot Luke owning a relic that belonged to a "jedi crusader"
(wink-wink)
So the lightsaber is no longer the peak of weaponized technology, but the weaponized peak of the Force.
I wonder what kind of metal the praetorian guards weapons are made from? Cause they're obviously strong enough to hold up against the lightsaber.
I got that book and I been reading it and did you know at the million falcon had escape pod and I was born in 1993
They were first mentioned in A New Hope and Rey actually uses one to go into the supremacy
Linus Mota lol
Everyone respected Admiral Raddus when he sacrificed himself but when Admiral Ackbar died, no one respected or mentioned in the rest of the movie
He was mentioned once after his death.
Just A Random Bored Guy That Has A UA-cam Acount not in the movie as far as I know
When commander Larma D'Acy (1:50) tells the remaining Resistance members about the attack on the main command bridge, she mentions Akbar once.
Just A Random Bored Guy That Has A UA-cam Acount ok, I look into that, thanks
Raddus died offscreen. We at least saw the event that killed Ackbar.
"Lightsaber contained by the force"
What? But finn used a lightsaber.
Han, leia and chewwy use them in the comics too.
Dalton Williams leia is a force user
Static 'Force' shell, I suppose.
Stable boi
where's the footage at 1:06 from?
Snap Wexley was the kid from the Aftermath novels who owned the Mr Bones B1 psycho droid. It’s cool that he was in TFA, though I didn’t know that was him. Interesting
30 resurgence jeez and all of them where destroyed or wait except for 3
still waiting for that at National Book Store
Oh, why did the falcon have a rectangular I guess, satellite thing in the battlefront campaign.
I wonder if luke had a t 65 x wing or a t 70 x wing
Looks like a T-70 here.
I soooo want to buy that ring
The canto bight dealer, is he a Zilkin like Meebur Gascon?
Wondering how phasma will survive her lastest mishap this time?
What I don't get is that The Last Jedi takes place, pretty much IMMEDIATELY after The Force Awakens, and they're rushing to evacuate their base so the First Order doesn't come and wipe them out in two minutes, but Poe had enough time to repair Finn's Jacket and C-3PO had enough time to replace his arm.
Sean Mansfield This is a galaxy full of "advanced technology". You're telling me that they can't sew a jacket back together in a couple of minutes?
Unrelated to this book but in the original Absolutely Everything You Need To Know, a strange but true fact on page 186 says that the Emperor cloned the designer responsible for the first Death Star's weak spot. In Legends that man was Bevel Lemelisk but with the release of Rogue One isn't Galen Erso the man responsible. Could this mean the Emperor will clone Galen Erso and punish him for the destruction of the Death Star?
Some stuff gets reprinted by some books without permission.
TALK ABOUT THE dreadnought AND CROSS-SECTIONS
dj should have been lando
Terminimal that is very true.
Minor nitpick, croupier is pronounced Croo-Pee-Yay, not Croo-Pee-Ur. Its a french word. Cheers!
WHAT!!. Lightsabers are now specified to be made of energized plasma blades contained within a Kyber generated field,
& not the plasma being contained by a Magnetic generated field?.
That's not my Star Wars ;-)
Come oooon home version of this movie! I got the timestamps and Sony Vegas just hungry to turn this 5/10 film into a decent 7/10. Its like a editor didnt have any cuts that made it past Johnson.
Did you hear Kylo Ren has an eight pack?
Can't wait for these facts to be retconned by Pablo Hidalgo's twitter
He wrote this book.
Has he retconned any from TFA's Visual Dictionary? Also he wrote the Visual Dictionary.
Grand Admiral Thrawn he tried to say that Luke didn't leave the map. He's deleted the tweet, but here's part of the thread. twitter.com/whoareyoutocare/status/943203218808627200
He said that Lor San Tekka discovered the map (and that people think that's where Luke *could* be found), but this user pointed out that Luke gave the map with his location to Lor
Jorhin65 Lol that's hilarious.
Is statura with Wexly and Pava?
He may have died on the bridge.
How did Rose know how the hyperspace tracking works and can be disabled? Isn’t it a cutting-edge technology which even Snoke didn’t know the First Order had?
Because the film says it must work on the same principle as a well known method called 'active tracking', which both Finn and Rose are familiar with.
Wait, the androids are willing so sacrifice themselves, but they don't do it when they need to crash against a star destroyer at hyperspace speed? how lame
PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE NAME OF THE ALIEN THAT FARTS SMELL GOOD IN CANTO BIGHT I NEED TO KNOW
Thamm
