The saunders waterford is less absorbent then arches so more suitable for those who like to use less water on the brush. I use it and I love it.

I know! Some cleaning is necessary, but those leftover paint make the most beautiful greys and neutral tones

Yes, I want you exact list of watercolor paint in your palette, please. I've never seen you use Holbein before, only Mijello and Daniel Smith.
Also, what watercolor brand you like the most? I haven't try Daniel Smith, but I really like Mijello, Sennelier, Shinhan PWC and Holbein.
Will do! I usually just go for my Mijello palette but all the brands you listed I also like equally. I'd say if you have enough colors from Mijello, Sennelier, Hoblein, and Shinhan already, you definitely don't need Daniel Smith but DS has nice specialty paints (like their granulating line) that is worth trying out if you have the means to!
@@PearFleur thank you! DS is super expensive in my area, I can't afford it.
Also, there's no such thing as "enough paints", because in the end I'll buy it anyway

Ah that part of refilling your palette just made you so happy. Is that silly? Maybe not. Can I ask though, where you found 15mL tubes of Holbein watercolours? It's so sad that all the shops here only carry the 7mL .
