Definitely helps, good to know how much all the coins are worth. Though I do think the Wales commonwealth should cost the most but I'm biased 😄 🏴 which is also the rarest coin I have.

I started growing my collection recently as my dad got me into it and I really enjoy collection, I have no rare/special edition £2 coins, I only have 50ps which so far my favourites are the Paddington bear one and Benjamin bunny and tittlemouse. But out of the £2s, my favourite one is, The Great Fire of London one!

Thanks this helped, I don’t know anything about them. I have 5+ of nearly all rare denominations, there’s one or two I only have one of. My late Gran collected and used to ask shops for them for the last 20 years. Would never sell them though, probably give them my daughter.

With no £2 coins being released for so long we don't really take as much notice of the price as we do the mintage figures of them. We should really though.

The rarest £2 coins I had were the King James Bible and underground. I had to cash my collection in a few months ago though so starting again. I have your album ready and your videos are really informative
i started growinf my collection when i found the library 50p behind a busy in 2017 and so far i have loads of 2 pounds and 50 p's and my rarest 2 pound is the golden guenney

I think my rarest £2 coin I'd say is Rugby World Cup 2 pound coin lol. I only have like 9 £2 coins, I mostly focus on 50p coins for now but hoping to when I've completed 50p coins

Fyi, that vinyl page housing the coins contain pvc.Kindly remove the coins and put them in a safe(mylar) holder to protect your coins.
My albums don’t contain Pvc, they are perfectly safe.

they'll be penny stocks in the numismatics market. quite good for long term investing.
Mine are face value ie. Shakespeare skull Florence nightingale 1807 which I don't mind as never collected with the interest of making money on them. Very interesting video though 👌 sjh85 :)

Got 27 coins now but after watching this video found that none of my current £2 are of much rarity or worth :( my most valuable £2 is the Commonwealth England (£11 value) but the rest are face value. Just found a £2 St Paul's Cathedral coin from my barbershop today. It has a mintage error with the dots on the back. Wondered if you could let me know if that gives it some worth? To be honest I think my rarest coin is probably Olympic football offside rule
I would say if people are doing date runs of their £2’s then it’s worth looking out for a decent condition 1999 as it never went into a set and good examples are hard to come by so will pay a premium for it.

The Rugby with 999 isn’t classed as an error it’s just a weak strike and is quite common just like the 2005 GunPower plot coin that says Pemember instead of remember

Not the last time a picture was produced as we get a few new £2 every year but only Bunc. 2016 was the last time a £2 was circulated.
The rarest £2 coins are the Hercules set 1997-2000 which will set you back £3000+. Also there is Tosha cat which is worth on average £300. The claim of rights 1989 is the actual rarest £2 coin with a total mintage of 381.800 which will set u back about £30. Good watch by the way, I buy and sell too 👍🏻
