Machine Knitting - Increasing methods for the flatbed machines

This video describes the basic methods for increasing on the flatbed knitting machine, simple increases, multiple increases and fully fashioned.
I have knitted these on my Silver Reed SK280 model, but they would work on most makes and gauges of machine.
