While you are this far down you should look into doing a side mirror conversion from OBS Solutions which converts your side mirrors to newer GM tow mirrors. You give up your wing window but the look really slick and a lot more functional since it’s a working truck.

I love sanding and bodywork! I can watch it for hours! There is a certain satisfaction when you prime over the bare metal, bondo and glaze, and watch it come out perfectly smooth. Fred is gonna be a looker!

I work at a Datsun dealership in the late 1960's. That 510 was a great seller and I never heard anyone who bought one complain about theirs.
