Homemade Dog/People Ladder for Carolina Skiff for Duck Hunting

I made a removable dog/people ladder for our 24' Carolina Skiff to use during duck hunting in the Chesapeake Bay. I made it out of aluminum 1.25" square tubing, 5" channel, and 1.5" square tubing. It was pretty simple and I think it will hold.

Hey man! i know this was made years ago but could i ask you a couple of questions about your skiff? im thinking about making the switch from aluminum to a skiff and need some first hand experience advise.
