After 200m of snow/ice in the North Face, we joins a vertical scree over a short length, the scree stabilizes over two easy lengths. Two major pitches, ice at 90 and M7, lead to the ridge. Non seulement c'est beau et bien filmé, mais en plus, vous avez laissé les sons de la vidéo plutôt que de la moisir en l'étouffant avec une bande son venue d'ailleurs, comme dans 80% des films de grimpe sur YT.

@@tvmountain j'ai vécue a Chamonix dans les année 1995-2000 et mais filmé un peu avec Bertrand. On a fait Couloir du Diable et Col de La Verte en ski.

Le retrait glaciaire est impressionnant.
Quand j'ai fait cette face, début juillet 1974, c'était tout en belle glace blanche jusqu'au bloc sommital. Un vrai bonheur. Maintenant, il faut bricoler dans des goulottes et des rochers mêlés d'un peu de glace. Ce n'est plus la même course.
Quand on s'échappe de la Combe Maudite par mauvais temps, la seule façon de ne pas se mettre dans un pot est de passer juste sous la rimaye de cette face N et de la longer jusqu'à celle de l'Aiguille de Toule. Sinon, le glacier est très crevassé et extrêmement dangereux.
What was he saying in the end about the sling? can someone who speakes French tell me?
At the end, he was saying that he found the sling wich seems to be ok. He put a carabiner on it and then when he hung himself on , the node on the sling has exploded so he fall next to the void. But fortunately he fall on a litlle plateform and avoid a 20m flight. So the message is: Be careful with thos slings that you can found in the mountains!
