Eating healthy and working out are very important. I’ve started implementing honoring the sabbath by not working out on Sunday (but if it a nice day out I would go for a walk). I think it’s also vital to have your spiritual health right!

I'm definitely going to have to try Trainwell. I had my husband helping me with workouts my first few times at the gym and then decided to let him do his thing as I did mine but realized I still have no idea what to do. Can't wait to get signed up!

I'm 16 weeks and am generally doing better, but food and exercise are still a huge struggle for me😭I'm so jealous you are back to your regular routine because I still struggle with the smell of our oven lol - I had to skip over half of this video talking about food😅Can't wait to find out what you are having! I actually find enjoyment in working out. A coach or trainer though would be nice because I have days where I am less motivated. 10 k steps a day is a goal of mine also
