as I am a 28 year old looking to join, do you think it is as worthwhile as someone joining when they are younger?

Absolutely. If its something you want, you have to do it.

Any tips on what to do between PRMC and RT to be in the best condition mentally and physically for when I start?

I'm planning on starting my application progress just before my 17th birthday, would you say it's too young?

+Josh Stacey it depends on how mature you are. When I took Recruits through training I had one lad who had tried aged 17 and left but come back aged 22 and was did very well. I think I would've struggled at 16/17 and benefitted from a few years at University to mature and enjoy a student life. It depends how physically strong and perhaps more importantly how mentally robust you are at your age right now.

Would I still be able to join if I have metal screws in my shoulder?

hi, is there any way to print off the eBook? not really sure if that's possible, i like highlighting the areas in which i want to focus on. i also have your Haynes fitness manual it has accelerated my progression tenfold. thanks

+Aaron Hunns I'm afraid not Aaron. To stop people printing and selling the ebook as a hard copy illegally, the book cannot be printed. However, that's not a bad thing. In some cases in your military career you will not be able to write things down or mark maps. You have to store things in your head. This is good practice in some ways.

Okay no problem I completely understand, I'll go forward taking that as advice and try and implement key information storage into my programme thanks again.
