Hey, Arty can you tell me, is there any crypto pairs that price acts like AUS/USD or US30. I mean nice trends. I trade hidden divergences , three line strike or big candles all the time with trending markets. But everyday when I wake up, first thing I do is try to find a nice trending market for like 2 hours. And that's super hard. Of course there will always be a consolidation. But when I see crypto pairs and forex pairs like AUS/USD crypto pairs are so messy. Very hard to find an entry. Appreciate you if you give any advice.
On top of what you said, which is such a great explanation, I use an additional 'indicator' to identify reversal (I trade crypto which is obviously more hectic than fx or indices so perhaps it's more visible on this market) - unnaturally long wicks. If engulfing candle or the one before it has a very long wick (sometimes both) on 15m+ chart is a great confirmation of a reversal (obviously means nothing on its own).
question is the divergence . forexample i see on btc is uptrend and on its resistence line i can see divergence and now i m waiting to that price action can go in down direction BUTT btc breakout again and agin that theory . plz explain

Yes I have the same issue. I will see lots of confluences on one time frame, switch to a higher time frame and the confluences are not there. So I become confused on whether I should take the trade

Arty I have a trip for your viewers who like me aren't always sure about the right trendline after divergence occurs. Well if you add a 21 EMA it works well as a trendline. For example, prices move below the 200 ema and the 21 ema on a downtrend. It makes 2 or 3 or more moves lower from touches of the 21 ema say. Then let's say the last 2 moves lower causes divergence bullish. Wait for the bull candle that closes over the 21 ema and it works every time as good as the trendline which can be a bit discretionary ....; let me know your thoughts!

I'm sorry but that wasn't divergence on the RSI. The RSI is drawn on the close on the candle...right, but everybody draws trend lines on the highs or lows. Do you see what I mean? If you change the trend lines to be drawn on the close of the candle then a divergence would be correct.

I've read that, for identifying bullish divergence, looking at the lows is necessary and only the closing value is chosen for study divergences since the source for RSI is the closing value. I have a question: when identifying RSI divergences, which one do you look? The candle closes or candle wicks??
often traders put stop loss under the swing low. In this vid, Arty showed putting it under the large engulfing candle. General principle as well is to put it under things that protect it, such as a moving average, trend line, support level, previous low of price
The divergences if we see these from the extreme to the midway 50 mark will you make decisions on this or do you like to see them from extreme to extreme every time ?
I would love to see more live trading sessions! This is great, but drawing trend lines after the fact makes it look far too easy. A lot of those trend lines didnt look that clean in the moment. Or they had to be altered when price didnt respect the trend lines drawn in the moment that don't exist anymore looking back. I see so often where I have a trend drawn but it dosent respect it so I redraw and redraw and by the time the trend line has been redrawn to the best one, the one you are seeing on those charts, the trend has ended.
