      The Bamboo Boys Band from Motolava island, on the Banks Peninsular. They are amazing!

      ​@@manavai9159 Sorry no idea. You might find out from the cultural centre on Santo island perhaps but there is no equipment like that where they live!

    Well, i suppose if all you want to do is a tourist advertisement, then fine. But here's a major missed opportunity to do a documentary about the music, instruments and dance of Vanuatu and melanesian cultures. What a pity.

      The northern province of Vanuatu also uses bamboo in music, so you can’t come on here claiming that only Solomon Islands use bamboo in music without your evidence, due to the close geographical proximity of Solomon Islands and Vanuatu both practice bamboo music as part of their culture as they are Melanesians after all.

      The northern part of Vanuatu is close to Solomon islands after all. So it's been part of their culture, not a copy cut.
