There is a fee to get in to see the waterfall. No one shouldn't be able to set up camp with BBQs at powerscourt. This isn't fair, and a disturbance of the peace for everyone else.. . I’m from N. Ireland a friend went with me about 3 years ago to Power Court . It was beautiful and the foreigner tourists were from South American countries and were very respectful of the place. There were much less people at any one time which is the only way you can enjoy the gardens. This is a plague of locusts eating Ireland out of house and home disgrace. We had to pay to get in which we didn’t mind but they didn’t no doubt they will leave a right mess by the end of the day no respect. Very sad.

Back in the Seventies a day out in Powerscourt was a highlight for us every summer. A visit to the waterfall and surrounding gardens imparted a sense of pride that we lived in such a beautiful country. Dam all politicians who allowed this, may they rot in hell.

I’m from N. Ireland a friend went with me about 3 years ago to Power Court . It was beautiful and the foreigner tourists were from South American countries and were very respectful of the place. There were much less people at any one time which is the only way you can enjoy the gardens. This is a plague of locusts eating Ireland out of house and home disgrace. We had to pay to get in which we didn’t mind but they didn’t no doubt they will leave a right mess by the end of the day no respect. Very sad.

I left Ireland in the 80s still trying to return home! although I don’t live in Ireland I pay tax their, I have not returned as I want to be sure I am financially secure and not a burden on society every place I have been I worked paid tax and have never been a burden to it’s society.
