I like both. I have watched the original many times since I was 13 or 14 and often during Black History month. Then this came out and I now watch the original and follow it with the remake. The only thing the remake had that was different was Chicken George. His skin color wasn't accurate for a black man with a white father and black mother in the original. In the remake, they got it right and I thought Chicken George was really good-looking.
