Having got the 18" Batman last year, I'd been looking for the accompanying Robin figure but the prices on the secondary market were just too much. Fortunately, Big Bad Toy Store have uncovered a bunch of old stock, so of course, I jumped at the chance.

GOOD NEWS! Robin's cape can be done. All you have to do is set the iron to a lower steam setting and put a T-shirt (folded once) in between the cape and iron so that enough heat goes through. I used one hand to iron and the other to hold the figure upside down near the edge of the ironing board so that I could work my way up his lower cervical spine.
I also managed to fold his cape by referencing a Batcave scene with Alfred from the Season 2 episode, "The Joker's Provokers." You can also get it under the collar but you have to be very careful as it appears to be made from a very thin styrofoam sheet.

Holy socks down the jocks Batman. That conniving Catwoman is giving me funny feelings. If hot air fails, dunk the parts in warm water to sit. Works for me to avoid breakage on 6" and 1/4 neca. And work joint gentle from its base and not extremity.

I think Ward decided to quit the pills on his own accord as he was afraid they'd make him sterile. These will definitely be "Shelf Queens". 👍🏻
