Tamil Nadu. During this 5 days festival, Hot Air Balloons from various Countries will be flown , At this ninth edition of TNIBF you will find all different types of Hot Air Balloon from 8+ Countries, all beautiful and unique Shapes and colors. Up and down is tethered balloon ride and it will starts from 4.30 pm. Balloon ride take off is from 6 am.
