I am so glad seeing a Gambian lady cooking the soup with "banana". In East Africa cooking banana is a normal thing, we call banana "Ndizi". I once mentioned about cooking banana with my Gambian friends and they were shocked. They think bananas are only fruits, but there are special banana for cooking purpose.
Now, i can show them this recipe 😍😘😍. Thank you Dada's FoodCrave Kitchen. By the way Dada means sister in Tanzania/Kenya.
