Zahid has the best Nihari I have ever tried. I remember going to their joint at Saddar, Karachi in my school years in the late '80s. I tried some of the others in Karachi as well, but none came close to their Taste(in my opinion and I have been wrong many times). I would certainly recommend anyone visiting Karachi to take a bite. I would PAY for even half a good of a recipe to make similar Nihari. So, I will defiantly try this recipe.

One issue that I face while making kacchi biryani (biryani where there is no korma prepared), the rice at the bottom gets burned or the rice gets soggy... any suggestions on how to improve or any video links.

For a suggestion (quick) Kachi Biryani, don't put rice as the bottom layer; make your gosht THE bottom layer.

What about the "Charbi" pieces you have excluded from the dish along with the bones, Have you included those "Charbi" pieces again the dish ..?
No Charbi removal is optional, Zahids do not remove Charbi pieces. But at home I will remove them
