    Zahid has the best Nihari I have ever tried. I remember going to their joint at Saddar, Karachi in my school years in the late '80s. I tried some of the others in Karachi as well, but none came close to their Taste(in my opinion and I have been wrong many times). I would certainly recommend anyone visiting Karachi to take a bite. I would PAY for even half a good of a recipe to make similar Nihari. So, I will defiantly try this recipe.

    I will definitely try this recipe... but... let me tell you my personal experience,I had eaten Zahid nihari quite a lot only few times luckily I saw them taking out quite a big potli of spices from degh, even they have pulling chain on top Of The degh to pullout the potli,and it was at Tariq road Shop, and Zahid Nihari old shop is in near impress Market Sadar Karachi,I believe this recipe of yours will be very testy too, same as your other Nihari recipe's, thanks you for sharing

    Thank you for uploading this video, Babar bhai. Your channel is the best on UA-cam for Nihari , Haleem & Kormas. I am looking forward to autumn, in a couple of months, to try out this recipe. Nihari is best in cooler weather.

    Aapka technique bohut aaccha hai. Even though this is a very rustic working class dish, there is still a lot of finesse in terms of the cooking techniques used. I have tried this with mutton and it came out astoundingly well.
    One issue that I face while making kacchi biryani (biryani where there is no korma prepared), the rice at the bottom gets burned or the rice gets soggy... any suggestions on how to improve or any video links.

      For a suggestion (quick) Kachi Biryani, don't put rice as the bottom layer; make your gosht THE bottom layer.
      Then layer the rice on too

      Dear friend, Jab aap koi recipe 5 hours slow cooking peh banaa rahay hain to jo BHOON-NAY kaa time shuroo main aap ne lagayaa thaa wo bay kaar chala jaataa hay. Kiyoonkeh Slow Cooking aap ki recipe ka TEXTUTE mookammal tabdeel kar detee hay. Aap dononn tarha say banaa ke dekh lain koi faraq nahi mehsoos ho gaa.

    What about the "Charbi" pieces you have excluded from the dish along with the bones, Have you included those "Charbi" pieces again the dish ..?

      No Charbi removal is optional, Zahids do not remove Charbi pieces. But at home I will remove them

    Barahe karam "TEA SPOON" aur "TABLE SPOON" ka pemana grams yani taol ke hisab se bataiye. Main ne banai to shayad napne men gadbad ho gai maza nahi aaya.
    Tea spoon kitne grams ka hota hai aur Table spoon kitne grams ka.. ?

    جناب زاہد نہاری والے آٹے کے ساتھ اراروٹ کا کافی مقدار میں استمعال کرتے ہیں ان کے ریسٹورینٹ میں نہاری کھاتے کھاتے نہاری کا شوربہ پلیٹ میں جیلی کی مانند ہو جاتا ہے ۔ اگر نہاری گھر لاتے ھیں اور فرج میں رکھنے کے بعد جب دوبارہ گرم کی جائے تو وہ جیلی بنا ہوتا ہے۔

    At 11:42, Aap ne bones nikaaltay waqt kaha ke hum ne bones (haddiyan) Bhi nikal lein aur charbi bhi sath nikal di.. charbi tu itnay hours main cook ho kar melt nahi hochuki hogi? Ghee ban chuki hogi? Tu woh bones ke sath aap ne kesay nikal di? Charbi solid tu nahi rahi hogi, itni der main?

    Main masala konsa hai nahari ka qki apne nahari ki itni video daali hai ki confusion hone laga hai ab...please bataye ki asli masala konsa hai...qki apke har masale mai kuch naya ah jata hai or kuch poorana gayab hojata hai...pehlenapne bola tha ki pisa hua dhani nahari mai kabhi use nahi hota bas saboot dhania potli mai use hota hai and ab ap pisa hua dhania daal rahe hai...or ap kabhi paani ki matra nahi batate...
