Quick correction, the blindfold that Gojo wears is to keep him sane. Six eyes users have a different perception of time, and they process everything extremely effectively. Even with the blindfold on, he still sees normally.
Yeah he wears the blindfold because seeing everything all at once will tire him and hinder him. The blindfold isn't the hindrance. It's his eyes.
I thought that they said that he wears the blind fold because using infinity ♾️ 24/7 requires a lot of concentration and his 6 eyes distract him too much so he keeps the blind fold on to focus on his infinity technique and his reveses cursed technique. Also he doesn’t go insane from his 6 eyes because he uses reversed cursed energy 24/7 which automatically heals all damage including his insanity.

On top of that, he can also pull anything towards him to achieve that more efficiently, pull HIMSELF forwards, basically allowing him to fly, and fly fast.
He can literally mine a tunnel with those swings, fly fast, and basically erase anything approximately 30 feet away from him.

Kenpachi wear a eye patch to limit his reiatsu output but the eyepatch also reduce his field of vision. He use to also wear Bells in his hair so his opponents can hear him moving and react better. Lol this guys literally gives opponents all rhe advantage just so he can have fun

Frieza doesn’t limit his powers because his body can’t handle it, he just never trained. He was born as the strongest thing in the universe with every possible competition either being sealed away or just not in the universe so he never bothered training.
Unless something got retconned, Frieza is an unparalleled genius who, after like a month of training, caught up to Goku and Vegeta’s decades worth of training.

Season 4 meliodas doesn't "limit" his power per see. He just doesn't leave the underworld, as his presence would slowly destabilize the world and cause it to collapse.

Not just non-dominant, he fights with one hand. And he subconsciously lowers his strength to that of his opponents, hence Ichigo's victory in the invasion arc. But after the first part of TYBW, he is aware if his weakness and even learns the name of his Zanpakuto. Whats incredible is during the battles leading up to sealing Aizen, Kenpachi became a captain, reduced his strength by a large percentage, I've seen 10%-90% from his eye patch but I don't know, and he wasn't even trying because he enjoyed the fight. In this state, he beat Tosen and would have finished komamura in a 2v1 and they both have bankai. Kenpachi can't use flashstep; he's so strong he can keep up.
I would argue ichigo also limits his strength. He knows his inner-hollow is stronger than the vizards. And after Ulquiorra, well, he could probably smash 13 captains at once. But he refrains from using his mask in front of people quite often. He fears his friends will be afraid and leave him if they see his demon soul, even controlled, on display.
Less dominant hand, blind fold, not using 2 hands, using a bad sword, subconciusly fighting poorly, intentionally fighting poorly, has bells that constantly jingle when he moves so he can alert enemies easier. Man is really trying his best to lose

Half of these are just wrong. Orsted doesn't limit his strength; he just has no reason to use his full strength. Broly doesnt have the collar anymore; Deku doesn't limit himself, he just can't use his full strength until very recently; etc. Saitama doesn't limit his strength either.. Same with Makoto. He isn't limiting his strength, he HAS to wear special clothes that absorb his mana or he would just be a walking disaster. Same with Anos.. he isn't limiting anything, he just doesn't have access to his full power..
Half of these are just wrong.
