  • Wrestling icon Dan Gable talks about the benefits of saunas (in his sauna in Iowa City) and science that could "shock the world." Gable won the 1972 Olympics without surrendering a point. He also coached the University of Iowa to 15 NCAA team titles in 21 seasons.

    Best muscle gains I've ever had we're when I was drinking anator p-70 when it first came out , and I was experimenting with heat shock proteins with saunas, cause I had the x and access to them, in my early twenties, could all just be just a quincedence though. I still can, but now I gotta go to gym now, vs having one in my apt basically. I was completely drug free!

    Water boils at 212F. No way he's in a 220F sauna
