This is an amazing video. Dan Gable is a special man, his work ethic and love for everyone is special. I feel like that's what makes wrestling special. Family, friends, fans, dedication in every aspect of the sport.
He might not have had the body of a bodybuilder but through insane training he was able to push his conditioning far above the competition. What good is having all that muscle if you are not able to use it because you are gassed. Gable was never gassed, and he drilled that into the players he coached.
