BIB Tech Talk: Shift Cables 101

- Might start doing tech talks if people are into the meat and potatoes of component and suspension design. I meant to make a 5-8 minute video, and it just drug on... So enjoy if you can lol.
The cables I currently have fitment for are 4th and 5th gen Accord and 4th, 5th, and 6th gen Preludes. I will continue expanding the inventory to all H/F platforms, then move to B series and K series. I can make any set custom to order, but you'll have to work with me to develop the design by providing very accurate dimensions!
To be clear, I'm not trying to offend anyone, but I haven't been able to talk about my cables without someone telling me a very specific set of cables was better and I'm not a fan of misinformation.
If you'd like to see me evaluate and compare any other products let me know! - Авто та транспорт
Keep up the good work Bro! Great video
These cables look amazing compared to the "other guys" off the shelf K - series cables! I can't wait to get a set for my cb7 coupe once its fully operational and road worthy, then I can throw out these $400 cables that don't even meet OE standards and are waaay too long.
Also a huge thanks to you for sharing this data with all of us who don't like to settle on quality and industry standards!!
So the old cables were kinda the snowball that started rolling down the hill leading to me not driving the car back in 2017. I fought with the manufacturer for a few months and then when they asked me to pay to ship them back to get a replacement set, I was pissed. Then a bunch of other stuff happened and Ib lost my way for a few years.
Great explanation on a subject that doesnt seem complex, but when stacked is. Hard to be unbiased when reviewing your own design, but backed up with an A-B comparison its hard to refute. Keep the videos and products coming.
Yes! I got to be honest. Through these past years seeing everyone go with aftermarket cables and huge shifters I wasn't sure about them. I buy a lot of stuff for the CB too. I was just never sold. I'm glad I went with my gut. I've been following you for a number of years, Jon, and it's always been impressive. I'm glad I got a set of your engineered cables and shifter rebuild. Hopefully, my DIY video of the shift cables works out.
Keep these videos coming. Unfortunately I don’t have any friends!lol😊
Yo, this dudes got smart brain thinkins, brought rocket appliances to 90s honda shifting
Also, i need these sweet, sweet cables

Super greatful for the video.
Thank you shifter Jesus
I would buy these for my Evo if they were available! Been following you on IG for a while, and everything you do seems like you approach it with the scientific method, which is the best method.
The first can can be yours if you want to work with me to make them 😉

How do I purchase your products?
@cbdreamer1709 wait until I get back state side. I'll post about taking orders, get your specific info, then send out an invoice when I'm ready to ship.
Where exactly do you go to purchase these items?
I can either take custom requests and work with you offline to make exactly what you need, otherwise I produce small batches and post up online what they are and when they're ready. I have a full time job and just a 2 car garage lol.
