If you want to know, read direct the ORIGINAL source of these concepts - the Vedas, the Ramayana, the Mahabharata & the Gita. Also, nowhere has it been mentioned that Rama is an ordinary guy, who achieved his godhood. He was an Avatar. Sadguru is not credible when it comes to core Hinduism like Narayana, Athaman/Paramathman concepts. Shaiva purana contradicts many things & even that does not claim Kaliyuga has ended

The mathematics is Koli Yug_ 1296 years, Dapar Yug 1296x2=2592 years, Treta Yug-1296x3=3888 years, and Satya Yug-1296x4=5184 years. Two Satya and two Koli Yug happen together because of this oval circle.

I am sorry, but i do not follow Sadhguru here. If the Mahabharata took place in the Dwapaya Yuga and the Ramayana took place before the Mahabharata in the Treta Yuga, we must be either approaching or already in the Kali Yuga depending on when the Mahabharata took place. Also, Kalki is the 10th and next avatar (according to Sadhguru), which is said to come at the end of the Kali Yuga.
With all due respect, he is the wrong person the ask this question. He is not a scholar. He hasn't studied the Vedic literature. He doesn't know anything. He even admitted it himself that he didn't read or study any of the those crucial and decisive scriptures. So how would he know then?
Actually it's quite disappointing to see that he even started making things up? 🤔 Instead of admitting that he doesn't know. But probably his ego hindered him from doing so.

One can read All books in the world including the God-books. And still the reader will not go beyond logic/ mind, still the reader will be trapped in the mind. This is not something that can be tough, this is something that needs to be experienced. First the seeking begins and the less one makes conclusions the faster it goes.
