The year is starting out very frustrating , it’s very tough physically , mentally , when u catch a break . We really try to encourage spring clean ups with our customers . Makes that first week of mowing a lot easier . At least that works for me . We will be starting our first cuts next week . But we keep getting behind with clean ups and mulch . From the rain and snow . I have always told any of my employees if we are going to get hurt on this job , it’s likely getting hit by a car . People are in a hurry and always on their phone . Keep up the good work and strive on . Your not in this alone . This is my 18 th year . No two have been the same . If it was to easy everybody would b doing it !!
Another one! The rain is relentless!!! Even when you think the day is dry, the grass holds that water. I mowed 2 customer’s lawns today, same outcome. You guys did what you could. Great little mod. Still dreaming of a 36” Toro grandstand. I see it in my future.
Love your videos! My partner and I use chaps to protect our shins from flying rocks or sticks while trimming but best of all it keeps your pants clean from all the wet grass stains. They come in different lengths and are made by W. E. Chapps. They Velcro around your legs for easy on and off. Just a suggestion. Keep up the great work.
Hello folks , just wanted you to know if you keep the 5 gal bucket lid on and cut a hole in it the size a gal paint can 40 to 50 or more miles winds the trash will not come out of the bucket . God bless and stay safe
At the house with the hill and busy road, I would put a couple cones out while mowing or even park truck next door with flashers on. Draw attention so people would possibly slow down.
Years ago I bought a mesh bag for a push mower, turn out that the velcro straps work perfectly on the back resting arm of the controls. It fits between the platform & the foam rest. This is on a 36" grandstand. I agree on the shoot blocker too, using a grass flap here.
Did lawn care in the 1970s. We bagged all the grass. Your TORO stand up mowers are 5 x FASTER. LOVE WATCHING BOTH OF YOU Living in NORTHERN INDIANA our weather is like yours
shawn had a lawn this week it was new client. i get a call from him saying i messed up his lawn big time. i hadn't been by yet to mow it. when i got to the property the yard was torn up badly. i explained i had not been there and the damage was not caused by a lawn mower. a consturction company had broken pipe. now no t that big of deal. but the pumped the water over a bank and right though my client yard.
The only thing I would recommend to do differently is put the right side behind the two black pieces so it's level. I'm sure there's enough to put it behind. I love how you guys show everything and it's got my wife and I looking into starting our own business. Thank you for being so honest and real.
Is the 22 getting wrapped soon, love how the 16 looks and I’m sure the 22 will look great once done, and I’m guessing a wrapped truck is a good marketing tool too
Nice. I don't know how the wetness is now missing us here in northern DE. But of course glad it is. Been push-mowing more as things dry out. Thanks for sharing your experience.
I wear the Brunt boots doing the same thing you guys do down here in Georgia. I have the lace up ones and they may be the most comfortable boots I've had as far as all day comfort. They are truly waterproof too. I would probably guess the slip on models like you wear would be of the same quality. Happy mowing guys!
TQ, I always leave my trimers in the trimmer holders when re-stringing the head,. I'm short too. So it kind of hard to do the top one. Plus, I found out its easier to push the trim head in while turning the string in. You do not have all that clicking. Just a hint good job.
I’m getting addicted to your channel! That’s okay, I can’t do landscaping anymore, but I can live it through you guys! I just wish I had the money for a Zero Turn and good trimmer for my yard.
I've got a lock system on my stand on fert spreader that locks the front wheels when doing side slopes . I works great when it's dry . Never tried it on a wet lawn . Not sure if it would work on a mower like yours . My fert spreader works just like your mower , free floating wheels in the front till you lock them and zero turn drive system except mine runs with a single joy stick instead for all forward ,back and other steering functions !
This weather has been tough… I mow in northwest Ohio and we are obviously having the same weather!!! We have been double cutting wet commercial properties and skipping properties because of moisture. Thanks for the great videos and Keep up the good work. God bless you and your family!
Try wolverines, great boot, great customer service n usually can find discounts for percent off online. In my 25 years in construction, tried everything from redwing to Walmart n the wolverines are bar none the best! I like the overpass, light weight n waterproof, n amazing enough not really a break in period so that’s a huge plus. Keep up the great work n please please give a truck update😊
Spring is slow to settle in, with all 4 seasons taking turns. Up here in Michigan its not really that weird but usually Ohio is a little more stable. Take care.
We're done with the rain for now. There is only a 30% chance for rain early on Saturday otherwise we're good until Monday. That rain today "hurt" with the wind behind it. I got about half of my yard done yesterday. Fortunately it was the front half so it looks good from the street.
Redwing boots are great. We have a Redwing store. If they know what you want them for and how you will wear them and what features you want you can get what you need and have them fitted.
????? Was this yard cleaned up from winter? If not do you charge more for the first mow to clean it up and then charge the regular price? Thanks. Good work today.
So when you're picking up sticks and blowing leaves before you mow, do you charge more or is it just part of the weekly service? Do you do spring cleanups?
Did yalls speed feed heads come on yalls trimmers or did yall purchase them separate I have a FS70r back up trimmer I'd like to get a speed feed head for
So sorry about the weather conditions. Y’all are just totally saturated. You got done what you could. I’m sure your customers will appreciate you not rutting,& muddying up their property. I truly hope y’all get some consecutive days without rain. I’ll be praying for better conditions. Mother Nature has a mind of her own. Have a great evening. Stay safe, healthy,& blessed.💯❤️👍🏾😀🙋🏽♀️✝️🙏🏾🇺🇸
Question how many people hold the weed eater on the left side? if you did it would make it easier to weed eat in the correct direction. I think while im out doing my route tomorrow ill try it.
Wet lawns are not fun to mow. Especially when standing water hinders getting the job done.... Doesn't water dull the blades for lawnmower? Having wet hair is better cut than dry which dulls the scissors!!! As always be safe and praying for you both and your family 🙏🙏🙏
This weather has been crazy. Have you ever done a video on how you film and edit? I’ve seen most of your videos was curious if you had one in the mix somewhere.

I love the cabin it looks so good after every mow!
I agree, this is one of my favorite properties that they do.
That lawn looks nice and green!!!
The speed feed head(at the beginning) Nothings better than that at the moment.

April been bad weather for any lawn work. Mowing will be interesting in western new york. Spencer's have a good day.

When we are cutting wet grass we always have our spots picked out in each yard where we can dump the decks so it doesnt dump in the yard.

Raining again, other parts of your USA is waiting on moisture for when they start planting crops
They can have my rain
i would love your rain, good advice!

What kinda of blades do you run on your mowers. Just standard high lift blades? Whatever they are seem to be doing a great job with that wet grass.
It maybe raining now, but wait until summer when there's no rain.
What heads are those on your stihl trimmers that you can string it that way?
They are speed feed heads
Do the chute block allow you to mulch
In a way it does

Are the smaller trimmers much lighter than the 95s?
do you guys cut on sundays for residentials if behind?

TQ needs some reflective gear for working along side the road.
We have new hoodies on the way Brighter
Do your mowers have strip kits?
Feel free to send some of that rain back to AZ. ;) Love your channel, keep up the good work.
How do you charge when you only do half of the lawn? Great Video!!
Where did you order your hat and hoodie from. Thanks Mac
Send some of that rain to South Texas. Please!!!
Lol lol lol I laughed my butt off when tq, pq, cq whatever it is flipped that cone. Lol lol lol your friend Reggie Wright.

Love your videos!!!!
Also I hat kind of attachment was TQ using on the weed eater whe the video started?
Any updates on works or new truck
Nothing yet
Tough luck on the weather this week. It's been bleh most of this week on the Pittsburgh side of PA.
We haven’t had a drop of rain once yet this year. Not good for the mowing business

How would a set of duals help working soft ground , struggle on you guy's are great love the energy .
love the videos guys! Keep up the great work!
Definitely left a couple mow hawks on the yard where he was turning around in the road
What trimmer heads do you guys use? I know you mentioned it the other day. I went back to try and find it. But couldnt find it. THANKS
Speed head echo 400
Speed feed
U both are awesome. You always do great job
Thanks so much man
Look in on the rear discharge mowers when y’all go to get a new one
I remember all your yards like there mine what did you do to me lmao
Tell me why you prefer the stand up mower over the sit down type? Love your content.
Way more maneuverable and alot easier to get on and off of especially picking trash up and stuff and you can get on alot of hills that a sit down want
Hey guys I absolutely love the videos! If you don't mind me asking where did you guys get your trailer hitch from? thank you.
Do yall have to clean the decks out mowing wet grass there.
You have beautiful weather coming your way tomorrow.
TQ, it looks like you short stringed it. You can roughly measure with outstretched arms, for you, probably 4 spans would be 20 feet.
Shaun was booty watching on TQ at 22:59 really zoomed in lol
Are you going to do a wrap with your logo on the 22?
Got me some new boots. I'm loving these Timberland PRO Helix HD pull ons
I see you remembered to put your deck down lol
😂😂
Send some rain to central Texas. It's so dry here.
I bought brunt boots work 12 hours on my feet they are the most comfortable things.
Awww TQ looked sad 😔 but I know you guys have plenty to do!!! 👍❤️
I like doing that property

You know tq we would like to look both ways before you cross the road to lol. You make my anxiety go up when we can only see one way.
I've had 2 pairs of Georgia Boots both the same that I like, but now they decided to stop making them. I decided to try Kujo, and so far I like them.
Could have picked up sticks ??? Just a thought 🤔
A magnet is great to catch all the swarf when drilling - especially so none of your chooks eat it.
Wanted to see how you were gonna mow around that pond with that grass being wet
Find your new truck yet? Donnel Ford in Salem, no dealer markup upcharges.
Looks like the sun came out after you stopped for the day. Go figure. lol
Keep mowing keep growing keep making money
Feeling much better now. You may want to buy a boat attachment for the mowers though 🤣
Haha right!
When is the “22” getting wrapped?
This is a great channel
We got 5 yards mowed yesterday, all of our customers would flip if we mowed today!!! Also do your DOT cops not worry about having a name and DOT numbers!
They're hauling lawn mowers, not freight.
That’s all we haul and DOT in Pennsylvania is constantly pulling over landscape company’s for no DOT numbers

Don't mow across roads . I know of people off the road mowing ditches. Who got killed when vehicle got over to far . Have a great day. 👍
It must be a race to watch your videos first. Great job as always TQ and Shawn.

I was hit by a car twice as a kid. It was very painful and lucky to have survived both.
