#replay. I just watched this video and I must say that this is the first time I’ve seen a video that makes converting a printer for DTF so simple and easy to follow along. I’ve done HTV and sublimation but everybody knows DTF is the way to go. I’m retired and live on a fixed income and the cost of a DTF printer is not in my budget, so l’ve started purchasing transfers but would like to do them myself. With this video and your E book help I think I can do this. Thank you 😊
You are so informative. I almost didn’t buy this printer because we’ve had an industrial printer for a while for our business, but are no longer comfortable with the side effects of the powder and the oven in our home so we just wanted to small desktop one for off projects, and I almost Gave up on finding one until I found this video! You seem so nice and are so helpful and knowledgeable!
Thank you so much for this video!! My Hubby and started our business in January of this year and have decided to start printing our own transfers. After finding you on Tik Tok we decided it was something we could do!! Although I am nervous I am excited!! Found a brand new in the box Epson ET8550 for $240 today! Now to just convert it and wait for my starter kit I ordered from you!
This tutorial video was A1 - I was skeptical about buying the Epson 8550 but after watching your detailed video I pulled the plug. Thank you for being so thorough with your video. I have liked and subscribed to your page. God Bless you
I must say you are very detailed and helpful and you’re not trying to get paid off everything little thing. This is how you become prosperous in your endeavors. I’m going to be just like you when I get my business going. I appreciate all this and I’m going to support your business with buying your ink, products and consultations. Continue to be Blessed and Highly Favored. That was my name on FB for years lol 👍🏽
Gday mate thanks for making this video. OMG!!! This is awesome. I just set up my printer and software. The instructions were truly wonderful.. so I printed my first DTF image. too tickled. Even pulling out the roller wasn't too bad, I was more concerned with losing a screw. LOL Thanks so much!!

Love the step by step instructions! Pulling out the roller was a daunting process and my heart skipped a little when doing it but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!
No lie, I watched a 30 minute video and the whole time buddy was showing how to take the rollers out og an Epson 8550. I couldn't take too much more so I kept fast forwarding the video and literally at about 28mins he finally got the rollers out.... Reading is fundamental lol. I scrolled down and found my answer. Thank you so much for your video. I just completed setting up my printer did some prints have some smears. In the process of trying to correct those.
Thank you so much for a very informative video and easy to understand instructions on how to convert the ET-8550 into a DTF printer. I struggled with removing the rollers, but after rewatching how you did it I was able to finally get them out. The only issue I'm having is when I print my transfer, using the Cadlink trial version, is that at the very bottom of my transfer, I get some slight smearing of the letters. Not sure why, but I'm trying to troubleshoot all possibilities as to why this is happening. Will re-read your Ebook to see if/what I missed that may address this issue.
Appreciate the feedback. However, I left 2.5 inches at the bottom of the film, so I was well above the 1.5 inch space mentioned. Through much trial and error, I found something that worked for me, and allows me to print closer to that 1.5 inch bottom space without the letters smearing. I removed the rear paper feed guide at the back of the printer, waited for the film (A3) to start 'appearing' in the output tray then slid the cardboard under the film so it slides out effortlessly (with the cardboard inserted before printing, my film seemed to get caught by the edge of the cardboard). The film feeds without any problems, and I do not need to use painters tape to help the printer 'grab' the film.
Man I really appreciate this video to the fullest! I had a different E book (not gonna name anyone) I was so lost and it didn’t help me at all until I came across your video from beginning to end! Step by step! I’m def gonna be getting an E-Book from you and def just gained a new Sub from me!

I have (2) 8550’s for sub & inkjet, omg if I buy another one my kids are going to freak 😂 (if you read in the news that a 68 yr old Little Italian Nonna from Long Island NY was beaten by her kids you know it was ME! 😂) but I’ve always wanted to do DTF so I guess my Best Buy credit card is coming out of my wallet 😂😂 ummm Thank You I think 😂😂 but definitely Thank you for your fantastic video! 😊

Excellent video mate, I've been watching other videos content from people using this. But yours is the best by far. I'm gunna start using DTF printing. So I need all the help possible. Ty mate👍
I really appreciated your video-thanks for the great content! I have a couple of questions regarding the Epson 8550 printer. 1. I currently have the original ink installed. What steps should I take to remove this ink and replace it with the custom color you demonstrated? For those who already own the printer, is there a specific procedure to flush the existing ink or should we simply print until it runs out? 2. Regarding the printer settings you adjusted on Windows, do similar adjustments need to be made for macOS? If so, could you provide guidance on how to do that? Thank you for your assistance!
Thank you for this video, i been wanting to do dtf. I do sublimation and vinyl but as you know that is limited in what i can press on and very tedious. This definitely the way to go. Thank you again for this knowledge.
Thank you so much man you have helped me so much getting started I swear if I make it dude. I'm gonna give you some type of kickback. You have really helped me a lot, and I do appreciate it. Man from tiktok to here youve helped me so much thanks bros🎉
I was sooooo nervous 😅 trying to take the rollers out.. I had to replay your video three times before I got the confidence to just tug a little harder. 😅😂
My friend, you are a master of your art and you should be awarded and rewarded for the superb content that you put out for free. You are an inspiration to all of us that are just getting started in the craft of printing to material (T-Shirts) and such. I have just recently downloaded your ebook and after just a brief overview of the document, it is obvious that you have spent a great deal of time and effort producing it. Thank you for all your hard work. I am astonished that you are providing it for free, (not to mention your free video tutorials). One question that I have, that I have searched the internet for and been unable to find a solid answer to is this, - is there a difference between 'Sublimation Ink' and 'DTF Ink' other than the obvious lack of White ink in Sublimation? Can the inks be used interchangeably? eg. Can I put 'DTF ink in my Sublimation printer and vice versa?
😅😅Watched video twice , I was good until I got to the rollers. If I tell you my anxiety was through the roof😮💨. I just didn’t want to break anything. Overall instructions were so easy to follow my 10yr old could’ve done it. I came and I conquered 💪🏽thanks to you!!!!!
Saw your Tictock about the CISS system you are taking preorders for. How will the conversion be different? Should I wait on converting my printer? How do I preorder?
So do you have to worry about pizza marks on this machine ? Or by taking out that first roller piece is why you don't worry. I have ep 4800. I was gone buy the 1500. I called in to work today and rolled over grabbed phone and this video showed up first cuz i found you yesterday. I will be ordering your ink and transfer film as well just cuz you really dropping game and helping the hustle. Your the truth brutha thanks.
Thank you so much for sharing this information. I just subscribed. 💜💜 I have this printer still in the box. Someone said it’s no good because you have to shake the white ink inside the cartridge after every 80 prints. You can’t remove the cartridge so how do I make sure my ink is good…?
This has been the most helpful step by step video. I followed along with ease and was able to successfully convert and print right after the video. Thank you! 🎉
Thank you so much for sharing this information. I’ve been struggling with getting the printer to print properly and couldn’t figure it out!!! It’s been a hard journey for me which at this point I wanted to give up but I’m still pushing through! You don’t know how much I appreciate you sharing!!! I will definitely be purchasing your transfer papers and ink.!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻💖💖
Aloha, I just purchased the Parallel Package for Mac, Cadlink and Ink from your page on UA-cam. Just want to say thank you very much. Though I’m here because my white ink isn’t printing. I’m not sure what’s going on.
Hi, thank you for sharing. I just got my printer. I do have an epson 2800 and it was pretty simple. The 8550 on the other hand is a bit more complicated. I noticed when you took out the roller it looked pretty easy but you didn't put back all silver screws do they all get put back?.
Hello!! First let me say this tutorial was GREAT!!!! I followed to the letter. I do have an issue and hopefully you can point me in the right direction. In Digital Factory Under queue manger I can not find my printer. I am using wifi. ( it keeps searching)
Thank you so much for helping me get the Epson 8550 converted. I do have one question I went to PRINT and it’s just bleeding in all the colors are correct and everything but the ink is just bleeding. Any suggestions?
HI I have bought the EPSON 8550 and your bought your CISS do you have a video where it shows how to install the ink too? We have already installed the CISS to the side of the printer.
Thanks my brotha I will support your brand and also I have subscribed!!!! you helped me get those ugly line off my prints which was caused by the rollers.
Thank you for this setup video. I love the step by step instructions. How do I make my colors vibrant? My reds are more orange than red. And my gold turns old yellow. I purchased your dtf paper and change my ink and power and my colors aren’t vibrant. Could you help me out?
😊 omg you are an amazing teacher. I have one question when I initially set up my sublimation ink I didn't purchase white..can I flush out and use white in first 2 tanks? Or is it to late😊
I’m only watching for a little bit. I haven’t gotten into the meat of things however, I’m thinking I would’ve sold the Epson ink and gotten myself bottles that were already filled and ready to go on Amazon. It’s not that expensive that it’s worth your time to do this.
Unfortunately they don’t make dtf ink bottles that fit the epson or I’m sure everyone would. The tops will only work that that specific ink color on the 8550 printer so you don’t have much choice. I ordered the epson etf ink ready bottles and they don’t fit the 8550. Live and learn!

My install was great with your help from video - thank you sooooo much
😅😅Watched video twice , I was good until I got to the rollers. If I tell you my anxiety was through the roof😮💨. I just didn’t want to break anything. Overall instructions were so easy to follow my 10yr old could’ve done it. I came and I conquered 💪🏽thanks to you!!!!!
Love it!
Saw your Tictock about the CISS system you are taking preorders for. How will the conversion be different? Should I wait on converting my printer? How do I preorder?

Thank you so much for sharing this information. I just subscribed. 💜💜 I have this printer still in the box. Someone said it’s no good because you have to shake the white ink inside the cartridge after every 80 prints. You can’t remove the cartridge so how do I make sure my ink is good…?
Grab my ebook in description to help with maintenance
This has been the most helpful step by step video. I followed along with ease and was able to successfully convert and print right after the video. Thank you! 🎉
Thank you so much for sharing this information. I’ve been struggling with getting the printer to print properly and couldn’t figure it out!!! It’s been a hard journey for me which at this point I wanted to give up but I’m still pushing through! You don’t know how much I appreciate you sharing!!! I will definitely be purchasing your transfer papers and ink.!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻💖💖
Thank you!
New Sunnis! Thank you for sharing your gift. I am curiously to know how thick does the card board have to be
Not too thick but not flimsy either. Long as the paper has room to come out on top.
This is a awesome tutorial thanks again stay bless as well
Aloha,
I just purchased the Parallel Package for Mac, Cadlink and Ink from your page on UA-cam. Just want to say thank you very much.
Though I’m here because my white ink isn’t printing. I’m not sure what’s going on.
Your video was so helpful made it real easy thanks so much
Great video! I’m definitely wanting to invest in a new printer soon!
Hi, thank you for sharing. I just got my printer. I do have an epson 2800 and it was pretty simple. The 8550 on the other hand is a bit more complicated. I noticed when you took out the roller it looked pretty easy but you didn't put back all silver screws do they all get put back?.
Hello, if you already converted the 8550 to sublimation ink can you still convert to DTF
Man god bless you , Explained everything detail (Y)
Thank you!!
Very easy with no issues....
Hello!! First let me say this tutorial was GREAT!!!! I followed to the letter. I do have an issue and hopefully you can point me in the right direction. In Digital Factory Under queue manger I can not find my printer. I am using wifi. ( it keeps searching)
I just bought this print to convert in sublimation!!! This means I need to buy other one!!
Thank you for sharing and showing step by step. Very helpful =0)
very good video on explaining everything. clam !!!
Thank you for this setup video. I love the step by step instructions.
How do I make my colors vibrant? My reds are more orange than red. And my gold turns old yellow. I purchased your dtf paper and change my ink and power and my colors aren’t vibrant. Could you help me out?
The best an Simpified video for the epson convert
Thank you!
Live and learn!
yep the best video ive seen on youtube easy to follow
Thanks!
I have a new Epson ET 3850 i was going to convert to sublimation but i absolutely love dtf transfers. Can I convert the et 3850 to dtf printer?
hey thanks for the video, getting my printer today, question, if i remove the rollers how with the film get pushed out?
