- Bronco Nation's Jordan Parker takes you on a walk-around of a 2021 Ford Bronco Badlands 2-Door! Jordan has spent extensive amounts of time with Bronco designers, engineers, and durability testers both out on the trails, in the studio, and in the Michigan Assembly Plant. *Power seats are not available on 2-Door Bronco regardless of trim. All front seats across all trims on 2-Door are manually operated allowing rear seat occupants to exit the vehicle more quickly and easily.*

Anen we have way too many spoiled folks who need wat too many worthless power options for their daily urban commutes!
As much as some of these cars cost, they had better have some nice features.
With that said, I think my Civic Si has the perfect amount of tech features for me personally. Manually adjusting seats (I’ve never cared for power seats; too slow), power Windows, power locks, touch handle entry (not gonna lie, I love that crap so much), a touch screen infotainment system, cruise control, and a mostly digital instrument cluster.
Anything more than that is kind of excessive for me. But I understand why people like that stuff.

I have a 2019 F150 and it is the absolute worst feature. I can't stand it. All just to meet the government fuel standards. Ridiculous!! I see Jeeps and Ram's have it too and you can't permanently turn it off on them either (without fourscan type manipulation). I almost traded in my F150 because of it (mostly because of it but because of a few other problems as well) but I think I will wait until the Bronco is out for a bit and I will get one in a year or two.
As a detailer, I am excited about the floor drains. You would not believe how badly people treat the interiors of relatively expensive vehicles or any new vehicle. Maybe you would.

I love the marine grade seats, with no frills and no power options. Reminds me of my dad's bronco that he had when I was a kid. This would be the one I would order!

As a Jeep guy, I look forward to seeing these out on the trails this summer. I think if this Bronco is a hit that the competition will be good for the other makes. Plus I'd love to meet someone on a trail that has one just to take a look!
i grew up always riding around in my grandpas old bronco. im getting so much nostalgia with the new one and im honestly falling in love with it. really hope i can get one sometime soon

My current and previous vehicles have been Jeep's. I would have NEVER considered anything else... until the Bronco showed up. Words can't describe how well Ford has done with this vehicle.

Very nice and impressive. I think finally Jeep has met their match here with the Bronco. I wish Ford the best with the Bronco, hopefully this will be enough to keep Ford around for a few more years.
Competition is good for the consumer. This segment needed a Wrangler competitor...
Keep in mind we don't want this to KILL the Jeep, we want healthy competition from both sides because that means more features, more options, and more support. More is good.

I don’t see why the non electric seats are an issue, you still get the many many positions that an electric would get you and you don’t have to worry about it randomly not working cuz something electrical messes up. That’s one thing jeep did awesome, those pump seats are the bomb .
Not to mention that power seats tend to be slower than manually adjusting them. Same situation with convertibles

Just saw my first Bronco in the wild yesterday.
I really appreciate the honesty of this video and the walk around. Some of the Bronco Nation videos have felt too scripted, IMO, and this really nailed the authenticity that I at least prefer. Excited to see the new Bronco on the road eventually. :)

I have sat in plenty of Wranglers and this Bronco looks much more comfortable in many ways including driver seating position.

Hey Jordan, you mentioned the material covering the back of the back seats is cloth? Is it fabric or carpeted feeling? I ask bc I have a dog and her hair gets stuck on the back of my back seats now in my suv like crazy bad and its a fuzzy type fabric. Just trying to determine how easy it will be to clean or what type of interior package I should get.
@@carlosvalentino1 Its a rough carpet feeling. Same as is on most all Ford products and most all auto makers for that matter.
Thanks for the in depth look at the Badlands. I would recommend getting better shots of what is being talked about (molles on seats, engine, etc.) instead of always focusing on the speaker.

Personally I like the XL bare boned on Broncos less things to break and it sounds like they put the money into the drive to rain where it should be. The only option that I would need in the interior that would be a must is the auxiliary switches. You can never go wrong with more power options for things on and off road vehicle.

I'm waiting for kia or Hyundai to make a single cab, 4x4, 4cy pickup. Toyota put a bayonet in my heart when they discontinued the single cab taco.

8:20 Amber rear turn signals. Pleasantly surprised by this. Would love to either see the manual make its way to the V6 or a diesel option. The diesel may be asking for too much but then again, Jeep finally gave the Wrangler an oil burner.

Ford has prohibited anyone from videoing the engine in its bay yet. Several UA-cam channels have the same thing happen on their Bronco vids.

Re: Auto Start stop, the engine will start back up if the interior temp gets too far from your climate control settings and if it's too hot outside, engine won't shut off at all. The engine won't shut off if it's too cold outside either. There's quite a few variables that need to be met before the system decides to shut the engine off, as covered in the owners manual.

I wish the vinyl seats and wash out floors were available for all trim levels. Having kids, that alone would make it worth it.
A Base Bronco walk around would be great. Many of us have optioned for the Basesquach and it would be nice to see what we are getting

Funny, I like the look of the 2 door Bronco more, it’s growing on me. I hope Ford gives the Bronco’s brother, the Ranger some of it’s off road options. A Sasquatch package on a Ranger would be sweet.
