      I know! It's amazing but after 50 years I got my mom off coffee and I think it's worth realizing it's probably not totally loving you back long term.

    Thanks for this video. Good breathing advice. I keep falling back into cofee🙆‍♀️. Plus it's the Starbucks instant, it must be full of bad toxic stuff.

      @@kurtyaz I prefer to quit :) Best for my overall health like you mention in this video. Plus, coffee makes me anxious and disrupting my digestion, gives me heartburn,,,,💗

    Thank You for sharing about the Anders Olsson Breathing Method. I watched 2 interviews. Very Interesting. Have You been using the sleep tape and the relaxer for long? Do you tape your mouth like forever? (when You sleep).

      Tape every night, breathing much clearer in the day. Def will continue doing it regularly most nights. Relaxator is great too, I def recommend both of these items. Def worth every penny IMO.

    So you recommend us to stop drinking coffee ? I usually but grassfed butter in my coffee ☕️

      I would try and back off. Use it as a treat rather than a regimen. There's a lot of reasons to avoid it.
