I love keto coffee. I have a cup every morning.
I know! It's amazing but after 50 years I got my mom off coffee and I think it's worth realizing it's probably not totally loving you back long term.

Thank You for sharing about the Anders Olsson Breathing Method. I watched 2 interviews. Very Interesting. Have You been using the sleep tape and the relaxer for long? Do you tape your mouth like forever? (when You sleep).
Tape every night, breathing much clearer in the day. Def will continue doing it regularly most nights. Relaxator is great too, I def recommend both of these items. Def worth every penny IMO.

I would try and back off. Use it as a treat rather than a regimen. There's a lot of reasons to avoid it.
