      پہلے نماز 30منٹ بعد ناشتہ دو سے ڈھائی 450گرام آٹے کی روٹیاں دال سبزی گؤشت جو رات کا بچا ہوا مل جاۓ صبر و شکر سے کھا لیتا ہوں دوسرا کھانا 12گھنٹے بعد شام 7بجے ہوتا ھے پھر بس! البتہ جاۓ کم و بیش 22 سال پہلے سے چھوڑ دی تھی "کچھ وجہ تھی" میرے اہل و عیال پیتے ہیں انکو منع نہیں کرتا oo بیٹا اپنی دعاؤں میں یا رکھنا۔ سبحان اللہ وبحمدہ سبحان اللہ العظیم یا حی یا قیوم برحمتک استغیث آمین یا رب العالمین والسلام علیکم فی امان اللہ

      Khaali pait exercise krne se apka blood sugar low bhi hosakta ha better ha 2 dates le len phir walk ya exercise kren. Phir exercise krne ke baad apko protein chahye hoti ha aur good fats. Zyada der bhooka rena is illogical. Ap pehle hi raat bhar pait khaali rakhte hain to uth kr kuch na kuch khana chahye energy kelye best dates hai ya thorha honey wala neem garam paani. Phir exercise then uske baad protein and good fats wala acha heavy nashta.

      Looks you have insulin resistance… try to have warm water in empty stomach and cinnamon tea two eggs boiled in BF … go for low carb diet, fasting 12-18 hours and exercise 40-60 minutes regularly and thirty minutes brisk walk… empty stomach

      No she is not! Apart of her marketing her products - - all of what she said is research based and factual. I have practically followed her advice. And I've seen the difference. Better energy levels, better mood and adequate weight loss, and so much more. I started all what she said by following a US doctor. Later came to know we have someone in Pakistan saying the same thing too! So please, don't say she is saying nonsense!

    Yeah bilkul bakwas hey. I am not involving religion in this task but Quran is a book which Guides us about everything and this book is not for Muslims it is for mankind. Ramzan is the proved symbol of good health now western are also convinced. Ramzan bigins with breakfast and ends with dinner.
    Dr. Sahib a is convinced with West where people don't brush and drink coffee they also say don't brush after eating so many stupid things but because Goran keh raha hey. Dekho what Muhammad SAW and Quran says that is natural way of living.
