Hypatia of Alexandria

I made this tribute to one of the first women of science and reason. Her name was Hypatia and she lived in ancient Grecian times. She may have been Greek or Egyptian.
She was reported to have been ambushed and killed by an angry Christian mob.
Amongst her writings are:
. All formal dogmatic religions are fallacious and must never be accepted by self-respecting persons as final.
. Reserve your right to think, for even to think wrongly is better than not to think at all.
. To teach superstitions as truth is a most terrible thing.
I felt she deserved being remembered.
