Hello, I have question, I have Nissan Sentra 2013 model, automatic transmissions. I bought the used one 3 years before. The car is giving jerks when driving in traffic where often needs to brake and accelerate. After applying brakes several times when the road becomes free when I accelerate it jerks but keeps moving. On the contrary when there is no traffic, when I do not brake much, it does not jerks at all. Is it problem of gear. I have changed the oil timely as per user manual of manufacturer. Please reply.

Hi there, thanks for sharing this information. Very useful. I have yaris 2010 semi automatic and the car slipped to Neutral while I was driving. I switch it off for a minute and turn back again and it worked. Also while driving I smelt a burning rubber for couple of minutes and it disappeared and it was struggling to climb the hill. What could be the reason behind it as different mechanics are giving different opinions? Many thanks in advance.

Hello, I have an Elantra 2015 1.8L, in my case when the transmision is cold, I put it in drive and it needs a couple of seconds to engage 1st gear and with a little ckick. No issues while driving it, shifts would go smoth from 1st to 6th, up & down with no slipping not issues at all. Then I turn the engine off, after five minutes transmission will not engage 1st gear niether 2nd using manual mode, so I need to let the tramnsmisson to cold down for at least 3 hours, then I would be able to run the car again. Already clean the valves, oil is new, no improvements. Do you think is a mechanical issue, or some valve is failing when hot? thanks in advance for looking at it

A have a question for you. I have 44 K on my 2011 Tucson. I'm gonna change my transmission oil for the fish time. Do I have to change the filter?. Bc the way they engineered this car where the filter is, it's so mess up. I worked on Nissan, Mazda, Audis, Mercedes. None of those cars has the filter so buried in there. But have to drop the transmission to change the filter?. For that it would be better to do an overhaul. That's sucks so much.
I have read somewhere that some manufacturers claim their transmission fluid never has to be changed in some models. True or not I do not know!! Good luck!
@@Candoit2 I got a fail transmission because of that lie at my nissan dealership's. I learned too late about fluid change, whenI finally changed most of the fluid, my car drived better but still not fixed. Many believe this is a dealerships scam to sell new transmission $$$.

Hi um from Botswana, so I want to ask what might the problem when the transmission slips and when you check the oil on the deep Stick it doesn't show any signs of oil when the car is idling but when it is off there's some oil, and here is the code I found P0841-ff
