I stop watching immediately if I don't see timestamps on long-form talking head content, full stop (I'm probably not alone on that). I think you should consider making it a priority for the sake of your click through rate
Truly - Rob is one of the best in the game, but no on on YT watches long form content without timestamps anymore. Whoever the admin is here, just letting you know you are straight up fumbling the bag
