When you're driving a car or truck, wherever you look, the vehicle goes toward that (more than a glance - example you're looking at an accident on the side of the road up ahead), notice how you have to correct your steering to stay in your lane. Life. What you think about is where you go - so think positive things; think how you're going to be okay; think how everything will turn out well.
Finding harmony? Harmony is and has been within u always. Discover it by an honest and total no attachment to any body or to anything. Remains into that state of no attachment and soon or later u will realise that harmony is what ur in reality. Stop wanting.. u came with nothing u go with nothing.
